臺灣女子超級籃球聯賽球員效率之縱貫研究
Abstract
本研究旨在探討臺灣女子超級籃球聯賽球員縱貫效率,以第十季到第十四季四支WSBL 球隊球員為研究對象,採用次級資料分析及運用資料包絡分析法進行球員效率探討,以描述性統計、相關分析、超效率模式、效率管理進行資料處理分析。研究發現:一、第十四季 WSBL 球員平均出場時間為 828.11 秒、得分 6.951 分、籃板 3.504 個、助攻 1.944 次、阻攻 0.353 個、抄截 0.987 次、失誤 1.493 次。二、第十季到第十四季 WSBL球員平均效率值為 0.482-0.527;球員表現平均為 6.511-7.969。三、第十季到第十四季WSBL 球隊球員平均效率值最高為國泰人壽、次之為中華電信。四、第十季到第十四季WSBL 不同位置球員平均效率值最高為後衛球員、次之為中鋒球員、其餘為前鋒球員。五、四支球隊球員在第十季到第十四季 WSBL 效率值之變化,各隊皆有效率值穩定成長與上下起伏的球員。六、效率管理矩陣圖第一象限屬於效率與球員表現皆優異;第二象限屬於效率被低估的球員類型;第三象限則屬於效率被高估的群組;第四象限屬於效率與球員表現皆具提升空間的族群。研究結果可作為球員、教練在訓練、比賽的重要參考依據,未來研究議題為不同模式效率分析、多階段網路資料包絡分析法等。
This study aims to explore the efficiency of Taiwan Women’s Super Basketball League players. The players who belonged to WSBL team are the research objectives from the 10th-14th season. The research adopt secondary data analysis, data envelopment analysis method, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, super efficiency mode and efficiency management to analysize player efficiency, player performance and efficiency management matrix. The results were as follows: First, for the 14th season, the WSBL players’ average statistics are 828.11 seconds, 6.951 points, 3.504 rebounds, 1.944 assists, 0.353 block shots, 0.987 steals, and 1.493 turnovers. Second, the average efficiency of WSBL players in the 10th-14th season is 0.482-0.527; the average performance of players is 6.511-7.969. Third, the most efficient team in the 10th-14thseason is team Cathay life. Fourth, the most efficient player position in the 10 th-14th season is point guards Fifth, the change in the efficiency of four WSBL teams in the 10th to the 14th season, each team has some stable growth and ups players. Sixth, the efficiency management matrix shows that the overall performance of all players falls within four quadrants. The research results can be used as an important reference for players and coaches in training and competition. The future research topics are different model efficiency analysis and multi-stage network data envelopment analysis.
