醫院志工休閒認知與外在報償對休閒效益相關性研究

Abstract

本研究目的在於瞭解醫院志工對於志願服務的休閒認知和外在 報償對休閒效益的關係。研究對象為台灣北部醫學中心263位志工隊 成員,並以「醫院志工休閒認知與外在報償對休閒效益相關問卷」為 研究工具,進行問卷調查。根據調查所得資料,以描述性統計方法、 信度分析、集群分析、單因子變異數分析、積差相關分析、及典型相 關分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結果主要發現如下: 一、醫院志工對於休閒的認知看,認為休閒是屬於感覺的活動,志願 服務則屬於制式的活動,志願服務活動具有休閒意涵但不可直接視為 休閒活動;在外在報償方面,以間接財務報償滿意度最高,其中以教 育訓練最重要;在休閒效益方面,社交效益最高。 二、不同族群醫院志工在休閒認知的「自我實現」與「行動」構面有 顯著差異;在外在報償方面有使用情形有顯著差異,在滿意度則無差 異;在休閒效益上則無顯著差異。 三、醫院志工外在報償中的「直接財務」、「間接財務」與休閒效益有 顯著相關;醫院志工的休閒認知與休閒效益具有顯著相關;在預測休 閒效益方面,「自我實現」、「行動」與「購物優待」是預測休閒效益 重要的變數。根據研究結果,本研究建議未來可進一步探討有關為從 事志願服務的休閒阻礙等相關議題並鼓勵大眾可多從事醫院志願服 務活動。此外,建議院方妥善規劃教育活動與多安排可刺激志工彼此 互動的活動。
The purpose of this research is to understand the relationship between Hospital Volunteer s’ Recognition of Leisure and extrinsic reward relate to leisure benefits. The research target groups are 263 volunteer workers of northern Taiwan medical centers. The method of research is to carry out and analyze a “Hospital Volunteer s’ Recognition of Leisure and Extrinsic Reward Effect Leisure Benefits” questionnaire. This research is carried out according to study of materials and use of descriptive statistics, validity analysis, Cluster Analysis, one way ANOVA, product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis research results are as of the following: Hospital volunteer s’ recognition of leisure activities is that they are expressive acts. Their recognition of volunteer service is that they are instrumental acts. As for extrinsic reward, attitudes toward indirect financial reward are most satisfactory, and among these, educational training is most important. And, for leisure benefits, social benefits are most important. Different groups of hospital volunteer workers have notable variances of “ leisure recognition ”, “self- actulization” and “action”. For extrinsic financial reward, these have varied usage rates but no significant difference for satisfaction. There is no significant difference for leisure benefits. Volunteers, among the extrinsic reward show significant difference for direct payment and indirect payment. And, their recognition towards leisure and leisure benefits show significant difference. “self- actulization” , “action and “discocount for buying” are important variables to forecast leisure benefits. Recommendations from research results are as of the following: Further study topics associated with the impediment of leisure in volunteer services and to encourage people to engage in hospital volunteer service activities. To suggest to hospitals to better arrange plans for educational activities and activities to stimulate interaction of volunteers.
