台灣女子壘球國手競技生涯中不同重要階段時期參與動機之探究

Abstract

本研究目的主要在探討我國優秀女子壘球國手競技生涯中不同重要階段時期的參與動機與影響參與動機之因素,本研究針對我國十名球齡達八年以上,且曾參加亞、奧運賽事之選手進行訪談,經由訪談資料整理與分析後發現,大多數選手在初學階段主要的參與動機為「喜歡運動、興趣」,其次為「師長引薦」、「升學」;延續到大專階段,參與動機主要為「技術需求」,其次為「完成大學學歷」、「享受運動樂趣」;最後至亞奧運國家代表隊階段,「榮耀感」為主要參與動機,其次為「成就需求」。而影響參與動機的因素,在初學階段,以「家人意見」為影響選手參與的主要因素,其次依序為「教練領導風格」、「環境差異」;大專階段「團對吸引」為影響參與動機的主要因素,其次依序為「訓練環境」、「外在酬賞」;最後至亞奧運國家代表隊階段,「自我肯定」為最重要的影響參與動機之因素,其次依序為「外在酬賞」、「家人」。所以女子壘球國手在不同重要階段時期的參與動機不同,而影響參與動機的因素也有所不同。雖然在大專階段與亞奧運階段選手皆受到外在酬賞的影響,但對女子壘球選手而言此外在酬賞是有正面的影響。
This research purpose primarily focuseds on inquiring into excellent woman softball of our country the national representative contest participation motive and influence of different and important stage period participate in a factor of motive in the middle of the career, this research aims at our country's ten ball ages to reach to for more than eight yearses, and once takes part in second, the contestant of Olympic Games game carried on the interview, through interview data sorting and analysis after find, most contestants at the beginner stage main participation motive for"liked exercising, interest", secondly for"the teacher led the Jian", "entered higher school";Continue an university stage, participating in the motive is mainly "the technique need", secondly for"complete the university educational background" and"enjoy exercise fun";End go to second Olympic Games national representatives' stage, "the honor" is main participation motive, secondly BE"achievement need".And the factor of influence participation motive , at the beginner stage, take"family's opinion" as to influence a main factor of contestant participation, secondly and one after another BE"coach leadership style", "environment difference";The university stage"regiment to attraction" moves for influencing participation
