Abstract

本研究以金融產業中的銀行為研究範疇，以整理相關文獻、論壇、新聞報導、社群網站、書籍雜誌等，對於銀行從傳統商業模式的起源，到Bank X.0 世代的轉變；AI 人工智能的發展歷史、現況以及人工智能的未來做出歸納、整理。對於人工智能在商業銀行的應用、深度學習、 人工智能對於商業銀行發展的影響與銀行如何轉型、人工智能對於銀行從業人員工作權的影響及探討。透過相關文獻與資料來了解在人工智能蓬勃發展之後，對於銀行的影響，來作一個深入的研究與探討。
