Abstract

本專業實務報告旨在設計一套適合運用在國小班級輔導活動實施之方案,便於國小班級教師實施,共同推動輔導活動。自學生輔導法公告以來,實務現場輔導教材多仰賴專任輔導教師個別設計與教學,因此,本報告旨在開發適合班級導師操作的輔導教材,並協助導師營造友善班級環境。研發內容為透過班級輔導活動,使班級學生能認識ADHD、學習包容多元特質的同學與尊重差異,並學習校園生活中實用的社交技巧,如尊重他人、遵守團體規則、解決問題。班級輔導活動方案將包括教材方案ADHD衛教知識與社交技巧等兩大主題、活動實施簡報檔與操作指南、相關教材等內容,教材三大特色包括教學媒材與教學方式多元、教材設計貼近學生生活需求、可行性高且具實踐基礎,使一般班級導師也能輕鬆操作。方案編製後經二次教材試用、師生滿意度問卷調查與教師訪談等程序,在滿分4分的問卷調查中,師生滿意度皆獲3分以上的平均得分,方案獲得師生的一致推薦。本方案經上述程序與可行性評估修正後,撰寫教學手冊供現場教師使用。研發成果為一套「交友小達人」國小班級輔導活動方案,其中包括活動方案、活動實施簡報檔、相關教材。
The aim of this professional technical research project is to develope a guidance program for elementary school that is easy-to-use for classroom teachers to utilize these activities in their classrooms and jointly promote these activities. Since the announcement of the Student Guidance and Counseling Act, practical guidance materials in the field have largely relied on individual design and teaching by full-time guidance counselors.Therefore, this report aims to develop guidance materials suitable for class teachers to operate and assist class teachers in creating a friendly class environment. The content of the research and development is that through classwide-group guidance activities, students in the class could understand ADHD, learn to get along students with diverse traits and respect differences, and also learn the important social skills such as respecting others, abiding by group rules, and problem-solving at school and apply them in daily life. The classwide-group guidance activities program will include teaching materials and lesson plans on two main themes: ADHD health education knowledge and social skills, activity implementation slideshows and operation guides, and related teaching materials. The three major characteristics of the teaching materials include diverse teaching media and methods, teaching material design closely related to students' life needs, high feasibility, and practical basis, allowing general class teachers to easily operate them. After the preparation of teaching materials, they underwent two teaching material trials, teacher and student satisfaction questionnaire surveys, and teacher interviews. In the questionnaire survey with a full score of 4 points, both teacher and student satisfaction received an average score of over 3 points, and the program received unanimous recommendation from teachers and students. After feasibility evaluation and modification, a teaching manual will be written for frontline teachers to use.The research and development result is a set of elementary school classwide-group guidance program called “Little Friendship Expert”. This program includes: activity implementation lesson plans, activity implementation powerpoint files, and related teaching materials.
