臺北市街舞專區街舞舞者使用後評估之研究

Abstract

臺灣的街舞人數眾多,陸續舉辦相關推廣街舞活動及比賽,對於街舞使用空間需求增加,為了因應街舞團體的訴求,在臺北市政府大樓東南角及捷運中山地下街爵士廣場設置街舞專區。本研究目的在於瞭解街舞者對於場地空間的需求,並且瞭解臺北市街舞專區之空間規劃與設計特質,比較空間需求及實際場地使用後情況兩者間之差異。研究調查時間為2011年2-4月,研究方法透過收集建築相關文獻資料及直接觀察法,瞭解街舞專區的空間與規劃現況,以運動設施四項加上管理議題作分析,並採便利取樣以問卷調查街舞專區使用者的人口背景、舞者特性、使用空間情形及使用後情況,並且將質性與量化結果進行分析,有效回收問卷267份。結果顯示街舞者需求在主體設施上包含空間大小、鏡子大小及數量需能容納全員、抗震防滑之地板材質;附屬設施需有音響設備、電源、隔音設備、冷氣空調等;管理議題則包含不需搶位子、可以久待、干擾因素少、具有安全及清潔。然而,街舞專區之現況為交通便利及空間大小適合跳舞,在主體設施上需改善鏡子不足偏小以及非街舞專用地板之問題,而附屬設施之照明設備充足,可加強電源、隔音設備以及置物空間之規劃,在管理議題上針對干擾情形及管理人員可以做協調,整體而言街舞專區設計可滿足使用者之需求。研究建議街舞舞者需要配合、遵守相關規範且愛惜使用;建議未來的街舞空間設計,可參考目前街舞專區之現況,但針對專用地板、隔音設備、電源供應等進行改善。
Street dance is popular in Taiwan; therefore, lots of street dancing performances and competitions are held. The demand of street dance spaces is increasing. There are two street dance exclusive used areas in Taipei, basement-level Jazz Square at Zhongshan Metro Mall and Street Dance Area at Taipei City Hall. The purposes of the study were to understand the dancers’ demands, to analysis the design concept of the street dance exclusive used areas, and to discuss the gap between the design concept and the street dancing demands. The data collecting was from Febuaray to April, 2011. The methods of the study were applying observation and survey. 267 respondents were returned. The findings indicated that the street dancers’ demands included the amount of mirrors, and anti-vibrated floor in main facilities. In supplementary facilities, audio, power supplement, soundproof, and air-condition were in need. The management issues included the area should be safe, clean, and less interference. The suggestions of this study was that before designing the new dancing spaces, we could refer the condition of street dance exclusive used areas, and improve the problem of floors, the soundproof equipment, and the power supplement.
