生產線平衡之研究-以血液成分分離作業為例

Abstract

本研究探討台北捐血中心之血液成分分離作業的血品製備生產線平衡問題,透過量測與寬放時間率,制訂各個工作站的標準時間,採用生產線平衡,決定生產線的週期時間,找出瓶頸工作站,提出改善瓶頸的方案與執行成本效益分析,使生產線流量平衡,提升生產線效率,達到增加產能與降低成本。研究結果顯示,改善方案可使小袋生產線增加67%的產出量,瓶頸工作站之間的產出量差異比例從23%降至3%;大袋生產線可增加33%的產出量,瓶頸工作站之間的產出量差異比例從22%降至16%;評估改善方案結果為生產線更為平衡且效益大於成本。
This research studies the line balancing of the blood component separation production line at the Taipei Blood Center. Work measurement and allowance time rate are used to establish standard times for each workstation in the production line and determine the cycle time. The solutions for improving the bottleneck workstations involve conducting a cost-benefit analysis to achieve the goals of balancing the workload of each workstation, increasing production capacity, and reducing costs. The results show that the improvement plans increase the output of the small bag line by 67%, and the difference ratio between the bottleneck workstations is reduced from 23% to 3%. Additionally, the output of the large bag line increases 33%, and the difference ratio decreases from 22% to 16%. Evaluating the improvement plans results in a more balanced production line where the benefits outweigh the costs.
