臺北郵局員工的工作壓力與休閒參與之研究

Abstract
本研究的目的在瞭解台北郵局員工的工作壓力、休閒參與之相互關係。本研究共回收有效問卷575份,於2010年4月1日至2010年5月31日期間,以立意抽樣法來進行問卷調查法,研究對象為臺北郵局員工,進行描述性統計、信度分析、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定與皮爾森積差相關分析等統計方式進行資料分析。主要的研究結果發現:一、臺北郵局受試員工的工作年資以21年以上佔半數以上,工作職務以基層員工為主,工作資位以舊制員工居多數,待遇收入則以舊制員工收入「50,000~64,999元」佔最多。二、臺北郵局員工在整體的工作壓力的平均數為3.42,最大工作壓力來源為專業能力構面,進一步做項目分析,顯示出「以對年老客戶能協助幫忙」的工作壓力指數感受最大。三、臺北郵局員工整體休閒參與屬於中度參與,以大眾媒體參與意願最高,主要為看電視、錄影帶、打電腦、上網、閱讀報章雜誌居多。年齡集中40~49歲,且已結婚者最多。工作資位以舊制員工參與情形佔多數。四、臺北郵局員工在專業能力的壓力越大下,對於國內休閒活動的運動活動比例會上升,顯示受試者的臺北郵局員工在面對工作同事間的相處越不快樂時,對於實際參與運動活動的行為反而會增加。研究的結論與建議之休閒活動已廣泛被臺北郵局員工接受,但是如何增強臺北郵局員工休閒參與的動力及加強休閒運動推展以紓解工作壓力,管理者是非常重要的關鍵。本研究結果,期能提供臺北郵局管理者作為經營、管理、規劃、教育訓練及後續研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between working pressure and participation of leisure activity of the Taipei Post Office employees. During April 1, 2010 to May 31, 2010, the leisure activity participation questionnaires were issued to the employees in the Taipei Post Office via purposive sampling, and there were 575 effective. The effective questionnaires were analyzed by statistical methods analysis including descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation. The results indicate as follows: 1. Taipei Post Office employees who work over 21 years are more than half. They are mainly first-line employees. Most of them are beyond the old system.The salary is between 50,000 ~ 64,999 dollars with the largest.2. The average number of working pressure is 3.42. The working pressure was mainly from the professional ability. For further analysis, the highest working pressure number was due to assistance to elderly clients. 3. For the age between 40 ~ 49, the leisure participation of Taipei Post Office employees are watching TV,watching tapes,playing computer, surfing on the internet, and reading newspapers and magazines. Most of them are married and their title is mostly beyond the old system. 4. The greater pressure the employees have, the more they participate in sport activities. When employees get along unhappily, they participate more sport activities.The leisure activities mentioned in The results of this study are accepted in common.However, how to gain the motivation for leisure participation of Taipei Post Office employees and how to improve leisure activity development to ease the working pressure are the problems.and managers are the key point.The results of this study intend to provide recommendations in managing, planning, and training for the managers in the Taipei Post Office and future research and practice.
