Abstract

本技術報告旨在探討紅繩懸吊運動對大學腦性麻痺學生肌肉適能及柔軟度之影響。採實驗設計之單一受試研究法進行研究。以北部大學腦性麻痺學生為對象,招募自願參加受試學生,進行十二週紅繩教學課程,實驗測試以抓背、握力、護背式坐姿體前彎及精細動作以第二版布魯茵克斯-歐西瑞斯基動作精練度評量為評量項目。肌肉適能及柔軟度等施測所得資料以視覺分析及C統計分析C分數、Sc分數、Z分數之P值小於.05或.01達到顯著水準,經實驗說明紅繩懸吊運動對大學腦性麻痺學生肢體動作之柔軟度、肌力、肌耐力有明顯改善之成效。對大學腦性麻痺學生精細動作之精練度,受試個案在基線期之BOT-2前測成績顯示其精細動作已達精練水準,無須藉由紅繩運動改善。 本研究之受試者為單一之個案,研究設計採單一受試研究法,無實驗組與對照組之多方驗證,無法推論至其他研究設計法之可行性。 建議未來可以更全面性將大學不同類型、不同性別之腦性麻痺學生接納入研究,並漸次推展至高中、國中小及學前。 本研究已經過國立臺灣師範大學倫理委員會核准,案件編號為: 201810HS016。
This technical report aims to investigate the effects of red string suspension exercise on muscle fitness and softness of university cerebral palsy students. A single test study method for experimental design was conducted. For students with cerebral palsy in the Northern University, recruiting volunteers to participate in the 12-week red rope teaching course, experimental tests to grasp the back, grip, back-back sitting forward and fine movements to the second edition of the blue The Ixex-Osiriski action refinement assessment is a measurement project. The data obtained from muscle fitness and softness were analyzed by visual analysis and C statistical analysis. The P value of C score, Sc score and Z score was less than .05 or .01 to reach a significant level. The experiment showed that the red rope suspension movement was on the university brain. The softness, muscle strength and muscular endurance of the physical movements of the paralyzed students have a significant improvement. The refinement of the fine movements of the university's cerebral palsy students, the BOT-2 pretest results of the test cases in the baseline period show that the fine movements have reached the level of refinement, without the need to improve by the red rope movement. The subjects in this study are single cases. The design design adopts the item-by-item standard design of a single experimental study. It is a specific individual design. There is no multi-party verification of the experimental group and the control group. It is impossible to infer the feasibility of other research design methods. It is suggested that in the future, students with different types and genders of physical disabilities will be included in the study in a more comprehensive manner, and will gradually be extended to high school, small and medium-sized schools and pre-school.
