dc.description.abstract台灣的中小企業是推動台灣經濟蓬勃發展的關鍵力量。這些企業不僅孕育眾多世界級的公司,也在國內外經濟發展中扮演重要角色。台灣的家族企業佔台股總數的68%,總市值佔近一半,突顯它們對台灣經濟的關鍵性和經濟核心的地位。根據統計,目前台灣的家族企業主年齡結構呈現高齡化趨勢。對許多歷史悠久的家族企業而言,除了面對家族內傳承的挑戰外,新一代的接班者與資深同仁是否能夠良好配合,也將影響接班過程的順利進行,進而決定企業未來的發展。本研究以A公司為例,透過多重個案分析,探討人力資源在協助企業度過傳承過渡時期的角色,並分析成功和失敗的原因。希望提出的解決策略具體可執行的,協助家族企業應對傳承問題,實現長期穩定的發展。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractSmall and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Taiwan have long been a crucial driving force behind the vigorous development of the Taiwanese economy. Spanning from early industries such as manufacturing and textiles to recent ones like electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, these enterprises have not only nurtured numerous world-class companies but also played pivotal roles in both domestic and global economic development. Family businesses in Taiwan constitute 68% of the total market capitalization on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, highlighting their critical importance to the Taiwanese economy and their position as economic core entities.Statistical data reveals a trend of aging among the owners of family businesses in Taiwan. While 44% of these businesses plan to transfer ownership to their children, only 6% have comprehensive succession plans. For many long-standing family businesses, besides facing challenges related to intra-family succession, the ability of the new generation of successors to cooperate effectively with senior colleagues will also impact the smoothness of the succession process, ultimately determining the future development of the enterprise.This study, using Company A as a case study, aims to explore the role of human resources in assisting enterprises through the transitional period of succession by analyzing multiple cases across different industries and business types, and to analyze the reasons for success and failure. In addition to elucidating the theoretical foundations of family businesses and succession research, this study also provides additional perspectives for academic research in related fields. The most crucial aspect is the proposition of concrete and executable solutions and strategies to assist family businesses in addressing succession issues and achieving long-term stable development.en_US
