Abstract
From the results of past research, it can be known that if high-intensity resistanceexercise type activities are performed before the execution of the training exercise, a certain degree of immediate explosive performance can be added to the subsequent exercise operation. This effect is called post-activation energization. (Post-activation potentiation, PAP) (Zeng Yuxuan, 2014). Therefore, this study believes that if the PAP stimulation is added as a warm-up item, the immediate burst effect during formal training can be significantly improved. This study is expected to recruit eight male weightlifters from the high school of New Taipei City Haishan Senior High School who have received formal weightlifting training for six months to more than one year. In terms of research methods, before the start of daily training, add PAP stimulation training as a warm-up item, and understand the snatch movement trajectory (the trajectory of the center point of the lever) by observing and recording the subsequent snatch performance, including the overall success rate and the key points of technical movements.Whether there are obvious positive benefits and changes in various aspects such as before and after changes, stability and success rate. The results of this study show that adding PAP to warm up and rest for two minutes before the snatch can have significant positive training benefits, including improving the success rate of snatch, the key points of technical movements, and the performance of stability. Rixon et al. (2007) pointed out that During dynamic contraction, the PAP training effect is more significant among athletes. However, in terms of snatch movement trajectory, there is no significant influence and change.
