Abstract

大型企業為尋求永續經營,透過降低庫存與減少固定資本投入,已達到降低營運成本及管理成本的目的;於此同時,企業在要求提高顧客服務、且必須建構本身在面對環境的變動時有最大的彈性應變能力的前提下,將資源集中於本身核心能力(包括研發能力、生產能力、與行銷能力等)的發展時,更多地將非核心的訂單管理、倉儲、 報關、運輸、流通與加工等供應鏈相關作業,委由第三方物流業處理時,便由物流業者逐步承接成本與績效的壓力。面對上述的企業需求的物流公司,必須加速變革與創新的腳步,除了改善基本流程、升級作業系統之外,必須尋求更多能透過將資訊、通訊的技術應用在物流產業,並在採購、運輸、倉儲、配送等各項物流環節的資訊化運作的導入,進一步整合供應鏈的物流、金流與資訊流,統整供應鏈自上游到下游全方位信息共享,透過科技化智能化倉儲設備的導入,展現高效益的物流服務,再連結大數據的力量,在回饋給企業後,進而能幫助企業戰略策略的制定,為企業帶來更大的利潤與營運績效!在競爭激烈的經濟市場中,能善用科技發展而提升自我競爭能力的物流作業,其對於世界經濟發展的所帶來的影響已愈發重要,不但更能滿足各種不同領域的企業體的營運需求,值此科技發展快速的洪流中求新求變,即能提供具有更專業且富含差異化的物流服務,為企業帶來最大的附加價值、與企業相輔相成創造雙贏。本論文係以調查台灣相關企業、對導入科技物流為實際參考研究資料, 並以探討科技發展對物流的影響為研究方向,以探究科技物流之優勢, 最後再以個案公司為例,提出可行相關建議。以科技技術導入物流,改善傳統供應鏈流程為自動化物流、或智慧化物流,或是以科技設備代替傳統人工,或各類新型態應用系統的上線,透過上述操作,期望達到高效率生產、或為能實現智慧供應鏈以幫助企業進一步提升效益與降低成本;還能夠應對傳統供應鏈中出現的問題進行自主回饋,幫助企業不斷調整供應鏈運營策略,以保證自身在競爭中的優勢地位。隨著電商市場的成長,傳統物流逐漸不符需求,顯見科技發展對物流的影響、將進一步連結到智慧物流逐漸成為各大產業升級過程扮演的關鍵角色。
In order to seek sustainable operations, many larger companies have achieved the goal of reducing operational costs by having less inventory level and fixed capital investment during environmental changes. On the premise of having the greatest flexibility, enterprises mainly focus in developing its core capabilities, including R&D capabilities, production capabilities, and marketing capabilities, etc. As for those irrelative core capabilities, including order management, warehousing, customs declaration, transportation, etc., main strategy is to outsource those supply chain-related operations to the third-party logistics industry. As a result, pressure of cost and performance will be gradually transferred to logistics industry. Logistics companies that have foreseen the above-mentioned corporate needs must accelerate their pace of change and innovation. In addition to improving basic processes and upgrading operational systems, they must also look forward to high skilled information and communication technologies that can be applied to bring benefits to the logistics industry. Further integration to the logistics, cash flow and information flow of the supply chain will lead the business to unify the all-round information sharing from the upstream to the downstream of the supply chain, through the use of scientific and intelligent warehousing facilities and equipment. The introduction of high-efficiency logistics services, coupled with the power of big data, after giving back to the company, can help the company to formulate strategies and strategies, and bring greater profits and operational performance to the company!In a highly competitive economic market, logistics operations that can make good use of technological development to enhance self-competitiveness have become more and more important to global economic growth, and also could fulfill operation needs of enterprises in various fields. By exploring more and more efforts in the rapid development of science and technology, and seeking innovation and change, logistics industry can provide more professional and richly differentiated logistics services, bring the greatest added value to the companies, and create a win-win situation with the companies.This thesis is based on the investigation of relevant companies and the introduction of technology logistics as the actual reference research materials in Taiwan. Also, the direction of this research is to explore the impact of technology development on logistics, to demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of technology logistics and traditional logistics. The last intention of this thesis is to take the interviewed companies as exampled investigation and to seek for feasible and relevant suggestions.With the growth of the e-commerce market, traditional logistics have gradually failed to meet demand. It is obvious that the impact of technological development on logistics will be further connected to smart logistics and gradually become a key role in the upgrading process of major industries.
