Creativity is the driving force behind human progress. It promotes problem-solving, accelerates technological innovation and artistic development, and is a crucial element in education, essential for self-realization and social progress. This thesis is presented as a creative interpretation report, focusing on the purpose of the master's degree program in creativity development. It imagines and creates a children's picture book that integrates creative thinking techniques and multiple intelligence theory. Through exhibitions and technology-enhanced design, the thesis aims to enhance interaction with readers and convey ideas more profoundly. The interpretation report outlines the creator's ideas and achievements through an introduction, literature review, creative context and practice, creative analysis and feedback, and a conclusion. The picture book vividly and engagingly presents scenarios for applying creative thinking techniques. At the same time, it helps readers understand the characteristics of different intelligences through role-based presentations of multiple intelligences. This approach increases opportunities for parents and children to read together and enhances parents' understanding of creative thinking techniques and multiple intelligence theory. Consequently, parents can view their children's development and creativity with a more open perspective, encouraging readers to exhibit more diversity and creativity in both learning and life.
