Abstract
本文以筆者自身經驗為出發點，同時從學生與教師的角度，來探討國內對於培育資優生第一線作法的優缺點，以期達到經驗傳承之目的，培養更健全、更有作為的資優生。
The author discussed the merits and flaws of stratesies in cultivating gifted students based on his own unique experience of being a former gifted student and how a teacher in the university. By examining the practice in the past, he hoped that the current implementation in gifted education could be improved in the future.
