Abstract
本研究旨在探討臺灣旅行業其知識管理、智慧資本、組織創新與組織績效之關聯性,並以臺灣旅行業為研究範圍,以量化研究的便利性抽樣,針對全臺灣之甲種、乙種與綜合旅行社進行問卷抽樣,共發放29間旅行社與450份問卷,回收420份問卷,經扣除無效問卷20份後,得400份有效問卷,有效回收率為88.9%。研究結果發現,不同的人口統計變項在知識管理、智慧資本、組織創新與組織績效有部分顯著差異。在研究變項方面,知識管理對智慧資本、組織創新與組織績效,智慧資本對組織創新與組織績效,以及組織創新對組織績效皆有顯著的正向影響。本研究建議,臺灣旅行業若要提升其組織績效,並帶動整體的產業競爭力,需先累積其組織的知識管理與智慧資本內涵,進而帶動組織創新的變革與動能,方能有效強化與改變整體的組織績效。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among knowledge management, intellectual capital, organizational innovation and organizational performance in Taiwan's travel industry. Travel agents type A and B, in addition to some comprehensive travel agencies in Taiwan are used as the research scope to facilitate the sampling of this quantitative research and to conduct the questionnaire. A total of 29 travel agencies and 450 questionnaires were distributed; 420 questionnaires were collected after deducting 20 invalid questionnaires. In the end, 400 valid questionnaires were obtained and the effective returning rate was 88.9%. The study found that different demographic variables have some significant differences in knowledge management, intellectual capital, organizational innovation, and organizational performance. In terms of research variables, knowledge management has a significant positive impact on intellectual capital, organizational innovation and organizational performance; also, intellectual capital has a significant positive impact on organizational innovation and organizational performance; furthermore, organizational innovation has a significant positive impact on organizational performance. This study suggests that if Taiwan's travel industry wants to improve its organizational performance and boost overall industrial competitiveness, it is necessary to accumulate the knowledge management and intellectual capital connotation of its organization, hence to develop the transformation and energy of organizational innovation in order to strengthen and change the overall organizational performance effectively.
