運動攀登者人格特質對運動涉入程度與運動表現之研究

Abstract

本研究目的藉以瞭解運動攀登參與者人口背景現況與特性,及運動攀登人格特質、運動表現與運動涉入特性,分析不同運動攀登者背景變項在人格特質、運動涉入與運動表現差異情形,探討運動攀登參與者的人格特質、運動涉入與運動表現之間的相關情形。採問卷調查法,共取得248份有效問卷,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森績差相關分析進行資料處理與分析。研究顯示:一、運動攀登參與者為女性、高學歷、未婚且中高收入且適合年齡層廣泛可長期從事活動。二、平均1~3年岩齡每週頻率2-3次,多為室內人工岩場及抱石類競賽活動為主。三、運動攀登參與者以親和、樂觀正向、善解他人、友好方式與人相處。四、不同年齡層在人格特質上有顯著差異,親和性人格顯現在21-30歲及51-60歲年齡差異上。五、不同性別及教育程度在運動涉入上有顯著差異,男性在運動涉入程度高於女性,對於生活中運動佔比高於女性。教育程度對於運動參與感受的重要性及愉悅感受到學歷的影響,教育程度越高對運動的重視程度與愉悅感越高。六、開放外向性及親和性人格特質者正向影響運動涉入及運動表現。體會運動愉悅感將運動視為生活一部分,在意他人目光看重運動表現彼此之間呈正向循環。本研究建議運動場館可依據參與者特性及需求進行活動設計及館內氣氛營造及環境軟硬體規劃增加其舒適性;軟體設施增強體驗課程類豐富性,新增親子或幼童類課程,將運動參與視為表演舞台。
The present study aimed to explore personality traits, sport involvement and sport performance of climbers, also analysis the differences of demographic variables of climbers on personality traits, sport involvement and sport performance. Further, verified the relationship between personality traits, sport involvement and sport performance of climbers. This study was done with 248 valid questionnaires. Based on the descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis, the results were as follows: The majority of participants were female, single, higher education and middle-high income. The experience of rock climbing is 1 to 3 years, and the frequency is once or twice a week. The personality traits of climbers mostly treat themselves and others with optimistic and considerate, and get along with others friendly. In addition, there were differences among participants’ demographics on personality traits, sport involvement and sport performance. Besides, there were highly correlated relationship among personality traits, sport involvement and sport performance. According to the results of this study, suggests that the organizers of climbing can design experience value of events for participates, and upgrade software and hardware of facilities to improve service quality. Moreover, the organizers of climbing can enhance the richness of experience courses for parent-child, make the recreations as a stage for performance.
