dc.description.abstract個別教育計畫（IEP）為強調成功適性化教學不可或缺的重要因素之一，但IEP的撰寫工作牽涉相當多的專業知識，並需要充分的資源配合，資源班在學生／教師比例高及學生的流動性高的情形下，更導致所需要撰寫之IEP份數較其他身心障礙類別班級為多，相對地亦增加資源班教師的工作負荷。然而，於目前電腦科技如此發達的時刻，其實一個整合專家及資深特教教師之知識與經驗的電腦化IEP系統，可解決大部分的問題。本文即針對研究者於學習障礙學生個案管理暨IEP 電腦化的努力及未來願景作一個簡單的報告。zh_tw
