Abstract

本研究透過行動研究法,進行靜思語創意教學,目的是改進班級人際相處情形,並從活動中促進學生創造力的表現及人際關係的成長。本研究共進行三次主題課程,分別是「尊重你我他」、「溝通百分百」和「惜福愛物感恩情」,由課程計畫、執行過程、問題與省思、修正與調整教學活動的過程,發現: 一、靜思語創意教學行動研究歷程有助於學生學習興趣與教師成長。 二、學生能運用創造思考技法或靜思語聯想,表現創造力之流暢力、 變通力與獨創力。 三、靜思語創意教學能增進學生人際關係的成長。 四、研究者透過靜思語創意教學,瞭解釐清教學問題為首要,並獲得 設計創意活動的知識與提昇能力的方法,也學習運用創意經營師 生關係。
Abstract By means of action research, and conducting still thoughts creative teaching, the study aimed at improving a class of students’ interpersonal relationship and at developing their creative performance on getting along with their classmates. The study combined three topics of courses: 1: respecting each other, 2: communicating in a clear and open manner, 3: treasuring materials and thanks giving. It was carried out by means of course planning, executing plans, identifying questions and the teacher reflecting on correcting and redesigning teaching activities. Four results of the study are as follows: 1.By the process of still thoughts creative- teaching, the study raised students’ learning interest and promoted the professional development of the teacher. 2.Students applied creative skills and still thoughts association well to perform with fluency, flexibility and originality in creativity. 3.It was discovered that still thoughts creative- teaching promoted students’ interpersonal relationships. 4.By conducting still thoughts creative- teaching, the researcher came to the understanding that the key is in identifying the teaching questions. She acquired knowledge of designing creative teaching activities and understanding how to manage teacher-student relationships using creativity.
