文本的流動與再生——楊富閔小說《花甲男孩》與電視劇本互文性研究

Abstract
在臺灣,文學原著改編為電視劇,首推千禧年公共電視一系列的文學大戲,至此以後文學改編影視風潮不斷,而互文性理論發展之今,不再以忠實性表現為主。
本研究以「文本的流動與再生——楊富閔小說《花甲男孩》與電視劇本互文性研究」為題,2010年楊富閔出版《花甲男孩》小說,內容包括「城鄉議題」、「衰敗死亡」、「民俗信仰」,小說本身具備多軸的故事發展,好評不斷情況下隨即在2017年改編為電視劇《花甲男孩轉大人》,導演抓住核心精神,將各篇獨立的人物、情節、主題打散後改編成「鄭家」的家族故事。
本研究分為五章,試圖從文本的創作背景、人物形象、主題意識開啟研究,以釐清小說與電視劇本的互文關係。第二章首先探究楊富閔的成長背景,以及原著小說與電視劇的創作歷程,理解生成環境的影響。第三章將電視劇的人物關係作一整理,接著對照原著小說找出文本間改編、置換、變形、增添的關係。第四章分析小說與電視劇的主題意識,理解文本背後所欲傳達的真正目的。
當代文化產業隨著世代數位化取向產生「影像/圖像」的高需求,文學如何另闢蹊徑延伸傳播,透過《花甲男孩》改編歷程可以獲得激盪與省思。
In 2000, Public Television Service has first released a TV drama modified by original literature. After that, a series of literary TV series pop out. There are many literary works being adopted into dramas. Compared to the past, nowadays the intertextual theory is rather than presenting the fidelity. My research topic is about an intertextual study on “A Boy Named Flora A” between novel and drama. In 2010, Fu-Min Yang has published a novel “A Boy Named Flora A”. This novel deals with topics including issues between urban and rural areas, death and faith of life. Furthermore, the novel itself is composed of multiple characters’ story. With the increasing reputation, in 2017, the intriguing novel was adopted into the drama named A Boy Named Flora A. The director modified the literature into the Cheng family’s story. There are five chapters in my thesis. In chapter one, I study on the intertextual relation between the novel and the drama by analyzing the background, characters and the topics in the literature. In chapter two, I figure out the background of Fu-Min Yan, and investigate on the creating process of the novel and drama. In chapter three, I summarize the relation of different characters inthe drama. Next, a comparison is made between the novel and drama. Therefore, the modification, deformation and replacement are clearly demonstrated. In chapter four, I analyze the novel and drama, and understand the ideas that the author would like to address. Nowadays due to the growing demand of digitalization, the culture industry tends to perform works by other forms such as images. The modification process of “A Boy Named Flora A” can not only remind us on the influence of digitization, but also inspire us to think about how literatures can be spread in other ways.
