臺灣男子排球國家隊舉球員應戰策略與創造力之研究

Abstract

中華男子排球代表隊成績逐漸提高，於2018年亞洲運動會繼1970、1998年曼谷亞運之後獲得銅牌後，國家隊實力持續提升的重要不言可喻。研究目的：研究者連續七年為國家隊舉球員，研究此位置之國家隊舉球員的應戰策略與創造力，可彌補自身不足之處與擴大自身的優勢，亦可做為提升臺灣排球實力的學術參考。研究方法：以個案研究探討排球國家隊舉球員位置，根據不同舉球員自身比賽前、中、後的體能、心理、技術、戰術與創造力進行訪談，整理這些優秀舉球員的優劣勢經驗，並蒐集相關文獻，歸納為研究內容。研究發現：一、體能部分，在經過爆發力、並提升核心能力訓練的方式，多以阻力訓練並搭配舉球技術的發展成套的訓練模式。二、在心理層面上，比賽前中後需要心理抗壓能力、心理建設與自信心及即時調適，以達到訓練上的目標。三、技戰術策略上，除了高強度練習維持球質穩定，強化動作隱蔽性之外，訓練要求動作順暢以與攻擊手有搭配默契，並與其他不同別置球員能互相搭配與溝通，才能達成一致目標。四、創造力是男排國家隊舉球員尚需加強之處，包含舉球的基礎技術、多變的想法以及勇於執行的決心，可透過訓練的情模擬，協助於舉球員的實力提升。The performance of the Chinese Taipei men's volleyball team has gradually improved, won a bronze medal at the 2018 Asian Games, is a significant milestone after the bronze medals in the 1970 and 1998 Bangkok Asian Games. The importance of the national team’s competition is obvious. Research purpose: The researcher served as a setter for the national team for seven years. To study the strategies and creativity of the national team players at this position can make up for their own shortcomings and expand their own advantages. It can also be used as a reference to enhance Taiwan's volleyball strength. Research method: A case study to examine setters’ positions in the national team based on the researcher's experiences in pre-match, mid-match, and post-match technical and tactical analyses, coupled with interviews with other accomplished setters. Relevant literature was also collected and synthesized to guide the research. Conclusion: 1. In the way of explosive power and core ability training, a comprehensive training model is formed, primarily incorporating resistancetraining, and developing setting techniques. 2. On the psychological level, both pre- and post-competition, players need to cultivate mental resilience, psychological construction, self-confidence, and the ability to adapt instantly to achieve training goals. 3. Research on the technical and tactical strategies of the men's volleyball national team's setter found that in high-intensity practice situations, in addition to maintaining stable ball quality and subtle movements, smooth coordination and synergy with the attackers are essential. Every player must collaborate and communicate with each other to achieve consistent goals and benefits. 4. Research on the idea of creativity found that the current men's volleyball national team’s setters are still focused on innovation. Before achieving astonishing innovations, a solid foundation in setting techniques is indispensable. Moreover, players must have ideas and courage to execute them. Training methods involving simulated scenarios can be employed to enhance setting effectiveness creatively.
