探討新冠疫情對臺灣經濟、貿易與競爭力的影響

Abstract

本研究針對新冠疫情間整體經貿體系的影響做出分析，透過數據分析新冠疫情前後對臺灣經濟變化、貿易流量、及國際競爭力等指標，提供一個綜合性的框架，先期理解新冠疫情時代臺灣的應處作為，後針對未來類似事件提供可參考的應處作為。研究數據顯示臺灣應對危機的成效及經濟恢復的量能，並通過調整國際合作策略、增強產業鏈的韌性以及優化投資環境來應對全球經濟挑戰，另外新冠疫情突顯了緊密經濟聯繫在面對全球性衛生危機時的脆弱性，為緩解脆弱性，有效的區域合作與國際策略也至關重要。對於未來可能發生的公共衛生事件，臺灣能通過增強對關鍵供應鏈的控制、減少對單一經濟體等方式，從而在全球動盪中獲得穩定，此外這次危機也提供臺灣，乃至於全世界一個寶貴政策借鑒，將有助於學者與決策者預測在全球化進程中，以何種方式應對未來的類似挑戰。

This study analyzes the impact of the epidemic on the overall economic and trade system, and analyzes Taiwan's trade flows, investment changes, and international competitiveness before and after the epidemic, providing a comprehensive framework for understanding Taiwan's actions during the epidemic era. The data shows the effectiveness of Taiwan's response to the crisis and the capacity of its economic recovery, and the need for effective regional cooperation and international strategies to address global economic challenges by adjusting international cooperation strategies, enhancing the resilience of industrial chains, and optimizing the investment environment.In addition to the global turmoil that Taiwan can stabilize in the event of a possible future public health event by increasing control over critical supply chains and reducing control of a single economy, the crisis also provides a valuable policy lesson for Taiwan and the world, which will help scholars and policymakers predict how to respond to similar challenges in the future in the process of globalization.
