Abstract
因應國際經濟局勢瞬息萬變無法預測,企業為追求永續經營,應從組織特質上進行變革,擬定企業策略加以因應。企業永續經營為基礎,本研究以提升企業經營績效為目標,找出企業在組織學習與創新能力對於企業經營績效之影響。本研究秉持溯本求源的精神,採用文獻分析法為主軸,為了將理論與實際情況比對,各別論點皆列舉實際案列輔佐說明,再採用個案研究法以實際個案綜合論述,來支持文獻分析法所歸納整理,其結果發現藉由組織學習所營造出的組織特質,為企業資源的根本,帶領企業邁進,提升績效的動力;而創新能力實為企業經營策略核心之重,影響企業經營績效的重要因素,企業惟有持續不斷的進行組織學習,方能從容面對危機,運籌帷幄;惟有無懼未知,高度包容創新提案,提高產品及服務附加價值、且符合市場需求,創造企業競爭優勢,方可以卓越的經營績效,維持企業歷久彌新。
The international economic environment is rapidly changing and unpredictable. The firms common goal is sustainable operation. In response to reach this goal, the firms should make necessary changes in organizational foundation philosophy and initiate corporate strategies as corresponding plans. The goal is to find out the influence of the organizational learning and innovation ability of firms on the business performance because the firms pursuing the outstanding business performance. This study adheres to the spirit of tracing back to the theoretical background. The main research method I adopt is literature analysis. In order to verify the theory and the actual practice are matching with each other, I list actual case as the example for each stated lemma for better explanation. Further, combining two topics into one actual practice by using case study method is for better comprehensively discussion. The actual practice example can verify that the organizational learning and innovation ability influence indeed the key of influence of business performance. Summarized by using the literature analysis method, the organizational learning create the organizational foundation philosophy, the organizational learning brings the force to lead the firm performance improvement. The innovation ability is the core of the firm's business strategy and is key important factor affecting the business performance. Only continuous organizational learning can help the firms face the unexpected crisis calmly and easily. Only when leaders have no fears of the unknown, highly tolerate of innovative proposals, innovation ability can bring more value added and market preferable products and services. These two critical factors can create firm competitive advantages; bring operation excellent performance to reach the firm goal,which is sustainable operation.
