Abstract
數位轉型已不是口號,是推動企業與產業成長的手段,而雲端服務是企業轉型的關鍵助力與工具。本研究探討近年在雲端服務產業蓬勃發展的當下,其生態圈的樣貌為何?而生態圈中的上游到下游,各種不同角色,包含雲端服務供應商「微軟」、「資訊代理商」、「資訊經銷商」、「終端客戶」,有哪些轉變?遇到甚麼問題?又該如何轉型?本研究以台灣微軟多年商用軟體代理商個案公司為例,分析傳統資訊代理商的核心優勢,在遇到供應商轉型的時候,本身的核心優勢可能不再滿足上游與下游的需求。資訊代理商未來有哪些機會點與優勢可以發展雲端服務?透過此個案研究、次級資料之收集與訪談的方式,進一步提出對個案公司以及雲端生態圈的合作夥伴之轉型建議。
Digital transformation is not a slogan anymore, it’s what customers are leveraging to promote enterprise and growth industries. Moreover, one of the key enablers for the digital transition is Cloud Service. This study will discuss about how eco-system looks like in today’s Cloud Service industries have become booming up. This study explores the “Cloud Service Provider-Microsoft”, “IT distributor”, “IT Resellers” and “End Customers”, and will go thru their own transition, challenge and how they could transform.The case presented in this study, Company S, is an IT distributor in Taiwan, who is partnering with Microsoft as a Distributor for many years, for example, analyzes what’s the core advantages of traditional distributor. When the vendor is transforming, the core advantage of IT distributor might be not insufficient to fulfill the needs of the eco-system., how the IT distributor turn out their values and strengths to develop Cloud Service better and where are opportunities in the future. Through this case study, secondary data collection and interviews, regarding Digital Transformation, this study hereby propose to case company and Cloud partners from eco-system.
