救國團運動休閒課程參與動機、服務品質與滿意度之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在調查救國團開設運動休閒課程參與者之參與動機、服務品質與滿意度之關係。以救國團桃園縣社會教育中心於民國100 年2 月至4 月間所開設之運動休閒課程參與者為研究範圍,針對參與運動休閒課程的參與者採分層隨機抽樣發放問卷,共回收有效問卷621 份。本研究工具為「救國團社會教育中心運動休閒課程參與動機、服務品質與滿意度量表」。本研究分析採描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA,Analysis of Variance)、雪費法(Scheffe’s method)與皮爾森積差相關(Pearson’s correlation
analysis)與一般多元迴歸分析(multiple linear regression analysis)進行資料之統計分析,本研究結果為:
一、不同背景變項之參與者對運動休閒課程之參與動機、服務品質與滿意度等構面具有顯著的差異。
二、參與動機與滿意度呈現顯著的正相關。
三、服務品質與滿意度呈現顯著的正相關。
四、參與動機、服務品質對滿意度具有顯著解釋能力。
本研究結果期盼能作為政府或民間單位、組織未來推展運動休閒課程與相關計畫之參考依據,並進一步作為改善運動休閒課程內涵之參考資料。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference among the participators’motivation, service quality and satisfaction to the sports and recreational programs of Taoyuan Social Education Center, China Youth Corps (CYC). Subjects of this study were consisted of 621 participators from 4 social educational centers in Taoyuan, CYC. The instrument of this study was by using “Questionnaire of Evaluating Satisfaction for sports and recreation courses participation of CYC”. Data analysis was by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson’s correlations and multiple regression by using IBM SPSS 19.0 statistic package software. The results of this study indicated that: 1. There are significant differences for motivation, service quality and satisfaction of the sports and recreational courses among the participators. 2. The participatos’ motivation are significant correlated with satisfaction of the sports and recreational courses. 3. The participatos’ service quality satisfaction are significant correlated with satisfaction of the sports and recreational courses. 4. The participators’ satisfaction of motivation and service quality are highly forecasted to satisfaction of the sports and recreational courses.
