dc.description.abstract現今世界不斷快速變化,企業要永續經營,除了追求獲利並符合社會責任外,在產品服務經營上,必須不斷地開發新產品,才不會被快速變遷的時代所淘汰。而在開發新產品時,企業必須作適當的選擇,才能提高新產品成功機率。不同型態的企業在開發新產品開發時,考量的重點有所不同。本文主要在探討設備代理商的新產品開發模式,先經由文獻探討,找出可以用來尋找新產品的分析構面,包含核心產品、核心技術、公司價值鏈、生態圈,並利用這四個構面,建立一適合設備代理商新產品開發的模式。藉由船舶設備代理商L公司個案討論,訪談相關人員,由上述模式作分析協助L公司尋找與開發新產品代理。期望藉由這樣的過程,能作為其他船舶設備代理商進行新產品開發時的參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe world is constantly changing at a rapid pace, and in order for enterprises to sustain themselves, they must not only pursue profits and fulfill social responsibilities but also continuously develop new products and services to avoid being eliminated by the rapidly changing times. When developing new products, enterprises must choose the right way to increase the chances of success. Different types of businesses have different considerations when it comes to new product development. This article focuses on exploring the new product development model for equipment agents. Through literature review, the analysis dimensions that can be used to identify new products are identified, including core products, core technologies, company value chain, and ecosystem. Using these four dimensions, a suitable model for new product development for equipment agents is established. Through a case study of equipment agent Company L in the maritime industry and interviews with relevant personnel, the aforementioned model is applied to analyze and assist Company L in finding and developing new product agencies. It is hoped that through this process, it can serve as a reference for other equipment agents in the maritime industry when engaging in new product development.en_US
