蘆洲國小民俗體育代表隊組訓與經營策略之研究

Abstract

本研究的目的在於探討臺北縣蘆洲國小民俗體育代表隊組訓工作具體內容、組訓之阻礙因素，以及具體之經營策略，並評估其成效。本研究以深度訪談法為主，文獻分析法為輔，經由立意取樣選取5位實際參與蘆洲國小民俗體育代表隊組訓與經營管理之核心人物，進行非結構式訪談，訪談對象包括校長、行政人員、教練及家長代表。研究結果發現：一、教練的投入程度是組訓成敗的關鍵。二、傳承學校歷史是發展傳統體育項目的一大誘因。三、組訓理念的改變會影響經營策略的擬定。四、爭取外部資源是解決經費不足的可行策略。五、教練人力的流失是發展民俗體育需要克服的阻礙。

The purpose of this study was to know the current condition of Luzou elementary school folk athletic team. According to the hindering factors of management to explore the specific strategies on management. The main research method of this study is depth interview, and using the literature analysis as a supplement. Researchers select five groups of participators, including the school principle, administrative staffs, coaches and parent representative by purposive sample. The important conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. The key to success depends on how much efforts the coach makes. 2. The trigger of developing folk athletic is based on the school’s history. 3. The change of concepts of management will influence the strategy of management. 4. Having more out-sourcing resource is essential idea to meet the budget. 5. Lack of manpower of coach is an obstacle to develop folk athletic.
