Abstract
本研究旨在探討桃園縣國中資源班教師轉銜工作與執行需求情形。研究者以自編之「桃園縣國中資源班轉銜工作現況與執行需求調查問卷」為研究工具。以桃園縣全體國中資源班教師為對象進行普查。回收有效問卷96份,問卷所得資料以SPSS18.0 統計套裝軟體進行平均數、標準差及百分比等統計方法進行分析。
歸納本研究結果如下:
一、教師在「轉銜工作知能」方面,屬於「具備」的程度。
二、教師在「轉銜工作現況」方面,屬於「具備」的程度。
三、教師在「轉銜工作執行需求」方面,屬於「有需求」的程度。
四、不同背景變項之國中資源班教師在「轉銜工作知能」方面,皆為「具備」程度。
五、不同背景變項之國中資源班教師在「轉銜工作現況」方面,皆為「具備」程度。
六、不同背景變項之國中資源班教師在「轉銜工作執行需求」方面,皆為「有需求」程度。
七、教師在「轉銜工作執行」需求程度高於「轉銜工作現況」具備程度。
最後,研究者依據研究結果,提出對教育行政機關、學校、資源班教師及未來研究提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to examine on the situation and needs of the transition services of the resource room teacher in junior high schools in Taoyuan. The researcher used self-made “questionnaire of the current situation and needs of the transition services of the resource room in junior high schools in Taoyuan.” The subjects were teachers from junior high school resource classes in Taoyuan. The subjects of the valid samples were 96.With SPSS18.0 statistics software,the questionnaire was processed and analyzed by mean,standard deviation and the percentiles of the collected data. The results of this study were as follows: 1.The teachers had degree of equipped ability on the knowledge of the transition services. 2.The teachers had degree of equipped ability on the current situation of the transition services. 3.The teachers had degree of need on the needs of the transition services. 4.The resource room teachers in different part-time positions had degree of equipped ability on the knowledge of the transition services. 5.The resource room teachers in different part-time positions had degree of equipped ability on the current situation of the transition services. 6.The resource room teachers in different part-time positions had degree of need on the needs of the transition services. 7.The resource room teachers’degree of need on the needs of the transition services was more than the degree of equipped ability on the current situation of the transition services. According to the implications of this investigation , results and suggestions for transition services and related issues were highlighted in this dissertation for the references of the Bureaus of Education, the junior high schools, resource room teachersand researchers.
