dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在瞭解啟聰學校教師在進行性別平等教育時的實施現況及所遭遇的困境。 研究採用問卷調查法,以自編「啟聰學校性別平等教育實施現況問卷」為研究工具,依分層隨機抽樣抽取全國三所啟聰學校教師148位作為正式樣本,剔除未回收及填答不完全之無效問卷,有效問卷共144份,回收率達97.3%。問卷資料以次數分配、百分率、卡方檢定、t檢定、單因子變異數分析加以分析與討論,研究結果如下。 一、普遍教師性別平等教育意識趨於正向開放,且存在有責任的覺知。對於自己進行性別平等教育議題的教學能力持肯定的態度,贊同自己能將其融入教學領域、善用現有教材,亦能獨立做課程設計。進行性別平等教育教學時,教師最常使用的教學方法為多媒體教學,口述法次之,而小組討論法的比例則較其他教學方法稍低。 二、多元的教學方法對教師性別平等教育教學能力有正向的幫助,讓學生從更多元的角度去瞭解及探索性別平等教育相關議題。 三、教師們對於經常教學的單元,相對的執行上難度就較低。對於較抽象的議題,或是學生在學習過程中未接觸過的層面則顯得難度較高。教學科目及時數會影響教師將性別平等教育融入教學的程度。手語的使用有助於學生對於性別平等教育議題的瞭解,但表示自己的手語能力能勝任於教學的教師卻只有不到一半。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The purposes of this study were to investigation the difficulties, which the teachers of the school for the hearing impaired might confront during the application of gender equity education. The questionnaire, “The survey of the current application of the Gender Equity Education”, was adopted as the main research tool. Via stratified random sampling, one hundred and forty-eight teachers of three schools for the hearing impaired in Taiwan were draw as subjects. After eliminating those invalid questionnaires, one hundred and forty-four questionnaires were valid. Approximately 97.3% of the questionnaire was returned. The data of questionnaire was analyzed and discussed through the frequency of distribution, percentage, Chi-square test, t-test and one-way ANOVA. Obvios results were as follow. 1.The awareness and sense of responsibility of gender equity education among most of the teachers was gradually revealing. Properly immerged in the study field, used the teaching materials and designed courses individually, most of the teachers are positive with their ability of applying gender equality in education. In Gender Equity Education, most of the teachers used Multi-Media Teaching as teaching method. Some teacher use Didactic Teaching method and the ratio of usage of group discussion were low. 2.Diverged teaching methods are positively helping teachers in Gender Equity Education, which, thoroughly, make students develop issues of the gender equality via different perspectives. 3.Teaching those familiar courses, teachers could easily put the gender equality issue in it. Contrarily, while facing some abstract topics, students could hardly understand it. The subject and the total hour of the course will effect the percentage of the gender equality in their courses. Sing language, as the assistance for courses, could help students understand the idea of gender equality. However, over half of the teachers indicate that they are insufficient with the sign language ability while teaching. | en_US |
