企業經營轉投資評估及管控要素之探討

Abstract

為了敦促企業能永續經營，擴大事業規模版圖，持續尋求更多獲利來源，轉投資成了必然的定律，轉投資新事業對於企業來說，有可能帶來豐沛的報酬但也有可能面臨更大的風險，本研究係針對某企業個案，探討其進行轉投資時決策發展過程為研究範疇，觀察企業進入多角化的新事業管理作法，同時透過文獻的探討、產業資料調查蒐集與質化訪談等方法來進行個案評估，以獲取本研究最後的結論與未來規劃建議。

In pursuit of sustainable development and expansion of enterprises as well as more profit-generating sources, equity investment has become a major solution to achieving the above goals. Equity investment may turn out to bring enormous profit as well as high risk for business operation of enterprises. This thesis focuses on a chosen case study revealing the decision-making process and diversified business management skill of equity investment. By means of literature review, survey of relevant business data and qualitative research, i eventually result in an accountable conclusion which could be the reference of development of equity investment.
