positive effect on individual performance in cross-cultural working environment.

satisfaction among two different industries in cross-cultural working environment; (3)

their employees. Finding of present study are (1) revising and improving three-factor
model more reliable; (2) the value of R-square of company A and B are .966 and .964
respectively, which means the model is appropriately explaining the results; (3)

satisfaction of both companies.
