Abstract
本研究以自我民族誌研究方法,撰寫我參與了中華職棒的開始,走過職棒的風光熱潮、經歷職棒賭博案的低彌,享受二十幾年工作與興趣結合,樂趣的職棒工作人員的生命故事。在本研究中,我以回憶的方式寫下自己的生命故事,描寫從1989年(我進入中華職棒聯盟)到現在西元2016年(我離開中信兄弟)所發生在自身身上的重要事件,包含所遇見的人與發生的事情,以及我自己與球團或其他相關單位的互動,其中著重描寫我在處理重大事件的過程與心路歷程,及「我」在面對這些事件處理過程所獲得的經驗。經歷中華職棒聯盟的成立、兩聯盟的競爭、兩聯盟的合併、職棒賭博事件及電視轉播授權爭議等過程,及相關制度建立之參與;當中多多少少藏著難以說出口的故事,當時的時空背景之考量,或是職務立場之所限,不能主動言說或公開的。透過自我民族誌來敘說、書寫自己在中華職棒發展過程中的生命故事,是一種自我的行動,是一種對外開放的告解,同時也是種反覆自我探索、療癒及復原的歷程。透過這些生命故事,讓社會大眾了解臺灣的中華職棒在二十幾年的時間經歷美國職棒與日本職棒經歷的問題與狀況,作為今後推動職棒或其他體育運動發展的參考。並將自身經驗投射到閱讀者身上,讓他們成為知識生產者,近一步創作自己的價值,就是主要的目的。

This study, conducted by the method of Self ethnography, is a story about I devoted more than two decades of his career and personal life with the establishment of the ChineseProfessional Baseball League, experiencing the highs and lows of the industry. In this research, I wrote my life story in memory, describing the important events that occurred in my own from 1989 (I worked at the CPBL) to 2016 (I left Chinatrust brothers) The people I met and what happened, and the interaction of other organization and myself. This focused on the process and mentality of my handling of major events and the experiences I gained. Throughout the establishment of the CPBL, the competition of two leagues, the merge of two leagues, the fix games and the transmission of television and other disputes. Among them, there are many stories that are difficult to say. During that time, it is not allowed to speak out in public. It is a kind of self-action, self-exploration, healing and recovery process. Through these life stories, let the public know Taiwan's CPBL staff in 20 years experiences compare with the United States and the Japanese staff and barracks problems and conditions, as the future reference to promote the development of other sports. The main purpose of this study is let the reader become knowledge producers and create their own value.
