新北市國小自閉症兒童之導師對助理人員服務滿意度研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討自閉症兒童的導師對助理人員服務的滿意程度。以自編「自閉症兒童助理人員服務滿意度之調查問卷」為研究工具,以新北市國小普通班的自閉症兒童之導師為對象。回收有效問卷114份,可用率為83.8%。所得資料以次數分配、平均數、百分比、效果值等方法進行分析。歸納本研究的結果如下:
一、自閉症兒童導教師對助理人員服務的滿意度皆是「滿意」的程度,且對「自我照顧」向度的滿意度最高。
二、不同導師背景變項中,女性高於男性、教學年資16-20最高,5年內的滿意度最低、特殊教育專業背景是「特殊教育學分班最高,特教育學系最低、教導自閉症兒童經驗1-3以上最高,1年內最低、擔任自閉症兒童導師原因是輪流的滿意度最高,自願的滿意度最低。
三、具有下列背景變項的自閉症兒童,導師的滿意度為高年級、重度、每週服務時數10小時以上、接受1-2年的滿意度較高。
四、根據研究結果提出建議,作為教育行政機關、學校當局、導師以及未來研究之參考。
The main purpose of this study focused on the degree of satisfaction of teachers about the assistants service for the elementary school children with autism. This study was according to the self-developed questionnaire, “Questionnaire of the Degree of Satisfaction about the assistants service for the children with autism,” was used to collect data. Samples of this study were teachers that having students with autism in regular class of elementary school in Xinbei City. The valid questionnaires of teachers were 114. It resulted in a 83.8%. The frequency distribution , mean, percentage and effect size were used as statistic methods for analyzing data. The results were summarized as follows: The degree of satisfaction of teachers about assistants service for the children with autism tended to "very satisfaction", and agreed with the “self care” dimension, which reached to the highest average. Among the teachers with different backgrounds, the feminine degree of satisfaction was higher than the male’s. Teachers had taught for 16-20 years acquired the highest degree of satisfaction, and teachers had taught for less than 5 years acquired the lowest degree of satisfaction. Teachers with diplomas of special education credit class acquired the highest degree of satisfaction,but teachers with Special education department acquired the lowest degree of satisfaction. Teachers had taught students with autism for 1-3 acquired the highest degree of satisfaction, but the teachers had taught students with autism less than 1 years acquired the lowest degree of satisfaction. The reasons of being the teachers of students with autism were “according to the turns” acquired the highest degree of satisfaction, and “Volunteer” acquired the lowest degree of satisfaction. Students with autism of the following background, high grade, severely handicapped , received weekly services hours for more than ten hours, received services for 1-2 years acquired the highest degree of satisfaction. According to the study outcomes, some suggestions were provide as to official administrations of education, school administrations, elementary school teacher, and the future research.
