Abstract
本研究目的是要探討台灣音樂治療現況,特別是在市場面所形成的局面,不論是設置公司或是非營利單位,從其中該如何向前發展在還不健全的社會法律層面,繼續突破與更新。
本研究以美國就業市場概況,以及台灣目前現有單位模式來觀摩與比較,並以自身公司發展作為參考模式,來分析多種可能發展樣式。
從上述資料得知,台灣目前還是以非營利組織經營可行度較大,至於商
業化部份則是兒童為主流,老人為第二主要,其他部分都還不成熟。最後是平台建構有其必要性,只是很難用收費為主要項目。整體的服務,建議有更多從業人員繼續留在台灣耕耘推廣,相信將會有更大的市場面能發展與創新服務所需人群
This purpose of this study is to understand how music therapy marketing executes in Taiwan. The researcher compared business model with non-profit model and explored which model is better to adapt to the market in Taiwan. The study is based on literature reviews; it includes journal articles and the repo ts of marketing analysis of music therapy. There are three findings of this study. First, there is a significant lacking on the research of profit models in Taiwan. On the contrary, more evidences demonstrate the non-profit model is better adapted to the market in Taiwan. Second, the priority group using music therapy is for children and the elderly is the second priority. Third, to build an integrative platform is necessary, even though there is no service charge fee. Based on this research, it is essential for therapists to work together to build innovative service for Taiwanese people. After that, various types of music therapy could be offered and developed.
