Abstract
本研究以問卷調查的方式,從研究找出香港學生選擇來臺就學的原因、在 臺就學時,主要面臨的「文化衝擊」、又如何去進行「文化適應」,成功在異 鄉生存。在研究中文化衝擊將分為 3 部分,分別為「一般性適應研究」、「互 動性適應研究」及「學習適應研究」,再從這 3 部份的探討中得出總結及建 議。從研究結果中可見,不同時期來臺就學之香港學生,其來臺因素亦有明顯差別;在「一般性適應」方面,香港學生在不同層面的一般性適應問題中,均會有明顯的適應問題,同時,學生所在地區亦會影響適應情況;在「互動性適應」方面,香港學生愈融入臺灣社會,其對「香港人」之認同度則會降低;在「互動性適應」方面,是否修讀額外課程、轉系及轉校均與學生對校園的適應情況沒有顯著影響,亦沒有顯著影響學生的學習興趣及校園生活;在適應之道上,不同的適應支援方式均有對香港學生提供協助,協助其適應在臺灣之生活,同時,對臺灣的適應程度亦會顯著影響香港學生未來是否願意繼續留臺之意願。
This study uses a questionnaire survey to explore the reasons why Hong Kong students choose to study in Taiwan, the main cultural shocks they face while studying in Taiwan, and how they adapt to the culture and successfully survive abroad. Cultural shock is divided into three parts:"General Adaptation," "Interactive Adaptation," and "Learning Adaptation." The study aims to draw conclusions and recommendations based on these three aspects. The results indicate that there are significant differences in the reasons for coming to Taiwan among Hong Kong students at different times. In terms of "General Adaptation," Hong Kong students experience noticeable adaptation issues across various aspects, and the region where they live also affects their adaptation situation. Regarding"Interactive Adaptation," as Hong Kong students become more integrated into Taiwanese society, their identification with being "Hong Kong people" decreases. In terms of "Learning Adaptation," whether students take additional courses, change majors, or transfer schools does not significantly impact their adaptation to the campus environment or their interest in learning and campus life. Various support methods for adaptation have been helpful to Hong Kong students, assisting them in adapting to life in Taiwan, and the degree of adaptation significantly influences whether they are willing to continue staying in Taiwan.
