顯克微支《你往何處去》中譯本研究

Abstract

亨利克·顯克微支的歷史小説《你往何處去》（Quo Vadis）至今有至少八個中文譯本，成爲中文最流行的波蘭文學作品。本篇論文追索七個中譯本來源並分析譯文的背景及中國和臺灣接受史。此小説轉譯自法文、日文、英文和世界語，也有兩個波蘭文直譯版本。在尋找譯本來源的同時，作者比較本書的轉譯和直譯版本，試圖定義成功歷史小説譯本的要素。

The historical novel “Quo Vadis” by Henryk Sienkiewicz, with at least eight different Chinese translations, is the most often translated Polish novel. In this thesis, the author traces the routes of seven Chinese translations, which allows us to learn about the translation routes and the reception of this work in China and Taiwan. The novel, initially translated from French, Japanese, English and Esperanto, was also translated directly from Polish twice. In the same time, the author compares direct and indirect translations, creating space for reflection on both techniques and trying to answer the question about necessary conditions for a successful translation of a historical novel.
