Abstract

養育兒女是父母的一個自身修練過程,孩子遇到的第一位領導者是父母,父母通常以與生俱來的能力,加上後天的學習,做為領導孩子的指引,這過程非常類似職場上的領導統御。儘管在養兒育女和領導統御這兩個領域,個別有大量的研究與文獻,但關於兩個之間潛在關係的研究確是很少,因此也低估了父母從養兒育女過程中所獲得的成長,能夠應用在職場上領導統御的同質性。本研究透過育兒心理理論、領導統御理論及深度訪談研究方法,說明為人父母的職場經理人,在養兒育女的修練過程中,影響了在職場的領導統御風格,以及影響其中的關鍵因素,除了希望能提供新一代經理人在養兒育女和領導統御兩大領域做跨界的學習外,並且能做為未來相關研究的基礎,將更多元的產業、更廣闊的年齡層、甚至跨文化的經理人納入研究範圍,爲新世代的育兒和領導,樹立一個全新的風格。
Parenting is a process of self-cultivation for parents. Parents are the first leader of a child. Parents usually use their innate tendencies and acquired abilities as a guidance to raise their children. This process is very similar to leadership in the workplace. Although, there are a large among of studies and literature in the field of parenting and leadership both, but few of them tell the potential correlation in between. Therefore, the maturity, in terms of leadership, that parents learned from parenting can be applied to workforce is underestimated. This study used the theory of child-rearing psychology, leadership theory, in-depth interview research method and interdisciplinary learning to explain that the influence does exist - from the process of self-cultivation in parenting at home as parents to the leadership at workforce as manager - as well as the key fact of the observed transformation. The results presented help in child-rearing and subordinate-leading both areas, not only for younger generation management to achieve interdisciplinary learning but also as a foundation for future researches, with variety of industries, wider range of ages and even multi-cultures, taking into the consideration, then creating a new leadership style that would be suitable for new generations.
