芝山綠園解說評估之研究-以台北市國小四五六年級學童為例

Abstract
本研究目的在於探討芝山綠園解說員服務對國小四、五、六年級學童的解說效果,以學童接受芝山綠園「解說員服務後的感受」、學童之「遊憩體驗」作為本研究評估解說效果的依據。採用問卷調查方式進行研究,共收回406份有效問卷。研究結果發現學童對解說的感受與遊憩體驗,皆有良好的反應。在解說部分,得分最高為「會提醒我們觀察動植物」,其次為「提醒我們愛護大自然」。在遊憩體驗部分,得分最高為學童認為芝山綠園是「好像在大自然裡」,其次是認為芝山綠園是「環境優美的地方」,第三是認為來芝山綠園是「充實豐富的」。在遊憩體驗方面,學童會因不同年級、分組人數、解說次數在遊憩體驗上,呈現顯著差異,其餘則無顯著差異,且不同年級、學習表現等因素與接受解說會產生交互作用對遊憩體驗造成顯著差異。不同分組人數、到訪次數、解說次數等背景變項,會在知識獲得表現上呈現顯著差異。且學童的年級、學習表現會和解說產生交互作用在知識獲得上呈現顯著差異。本研究結果發現芝山綠園解說人員進行解說時,有注意到適合六年級學童的解說原則及技巧,但需再設計適合其他年級學童的解說內容,讓所有參觀學童能透過解說,在遊憩體驗上感受到愉快、充實、滿意,並產生下次再來的意願。
The main purpose of this study was the investigation that the interpretative effects to the students of 4th and 6th grades. The way to estimate the influence of interpretation in this study was the views on the narrator’s professional abilities, and recreational experience of the students who is 4th to 6th grades. Based on survey research with questionnaires as study methods, the students of 4th to 6th grades in Taipei were polled by means of questionnaires. According to 406 pieces of questionnaires, there are quite a few positive responses from the students relate to the influence of interpretation and the recreational experience. During the interpretation session, the students have higher response on “To remind us to observe animals and plants” then “To remind us to protect the nature”. During the recreational experience session, the students first think that the Zhishan Cultural and Ecological Garden is like “living in the nature”, and think it has “the best environment’, and then think it is “enrich the rich”. According to the result of recreational experience session, there is great difference in result between the different grades of the students, number of students per group and the numbers of instruction of the recreational experience to the students. Hence, the result shows that the different grades of student have different learning abilities when they contact with the interpreter of the recreation center. Furthermore, the result shows that the method used to explaining the garden have more effect on the grade 6th students. In order to have more effect on all grades of student, there is the need to redesign the contents of the exposition. Having more suitable and attractive exposition of the recreation, the students will feel comfortable and satisfy and even having the desire to come back again.
