中華臺北跆拳道品勢代表隊2017世大運奪牌策略之研究

Abstract

中華臺北品勢代表隊在2017年世大運品勢項目五個組別共獲1金、3銀、1銅的成績，研究者當年也拿下男子團體組銀牌，親歷百分百奪牌時刻。研究目的：為探討中華臺北代表隊在世大運競賽、選訓及教練領導歷程，作為我國品勢運動發展之借鑑。研究方法：以敘說研究方式，透過半結構式之深入訪談、文件分析及世大運期間的田野筆記，以主題式分析中華臺北代表隊的成功奪牌策略。研究發現：一、中華臺北品勢代表隊在競賽中的公認品勢環節採取剛柔分明、節奏連貫的打法獲得裁判青睞；自由品勢以確實能拿到五項指定動作分數的原則展演，在大部分國家採取保守策略的情況下，確實有效的得到較高的分數。二、百分百奪牌陣容歷經8個月、三階段選訓才終於成軍，期間為因應賽制變更，研擬早上體操、下午品勢、晚上特技的多元訓練課表，運用三次以賽代訓的機會反覆實測訓練成果，同時讓評估適切的混雙及團體組搭檔。三、從韓國來臺擔任世大運品勢總教練的李珍鎬年輕好強，國際名將的身分帶著新穎技術與滿腔熱血執掌兵符，面對臺韓文化差異也絲毫沒有退卻，堅持傳遞正向價值觀的態度感染了選手及本土教練們，是具有領導魅力、目標設定與執行能力的人才。Chinese Taipei Poomsae team has won 1 gold medal, 3 silver medals, and 1 bronze medal of 5events in 2017 World Universiade. Chang the researcher of this dissertation has won the silver medal of men’s team events and experienced the whole medal-winning stage. Based on the case study of medal-winning experience of Poomsae Taekwondo, Chinese Taipei in 2017 World Universiade, the purpose of this dissertation is to provide firs-hand valuable case study for future Poomsae Taekwondo training in Taiwan. The methodology of the research includes the narrative research, semi-structured interviews, the textual analysis as well as the field notes in 2017 World Universiade. The findings: 1. Compared with the teams of other nationalities, Chinese Taipei team strictly and flawlessly performed the 5 designated Taekwondo techniques with more daring and smoother rhythm and hence contributed to the medal-winning performance. 2. It took 8 months, 3 phases of training and screening to form the final line-up of Poomsae Taekwondo, Chinese Taipei in 2017 World Universiade. Due to the latest change of the official match rules, the training schedule included multiple training schemes, ranging from stretches on mornings, Poomsae Taekwondo on afternoons, to Taekwondo stunts at night. 3. As the head coach of Poomsae Taekwondo, Chinese Taipei team in 2017 World Universiade, the prestigious Korean coach, Jin-Ho Lee, shared his rich training experiences of Poomsae Taekwondo and up-to-date Poomsae Taekwondo techniques with Chinese Taipei team. Lee’s one of a kind charisma, enthusiasm and aggressiveness, and all the positive attitudes greatly inspired the whole Chinese Taipei team.
