華僑高中男子排球隊歷年發展之研究

Abstract
新北市國立華僑高中男子排球隊於西元1989年(民國七十八年)成立，為高中體總的創會學校，在經歷創隊之初的成績不穩，經過多年的管理與訓練，在全國的比賽得到優異的成績，成為傳統強校之一。本研究在於探討華僑高中男子排球隊如何從創立之初的成績不穩，進步到近數年的大賽成績皆取得佳績之成果發展歷程，本研究以文獻收集法與實地訪談法，試以歸納出華僑高中男子排球隊逐年進步並使華僑高中成為排球重點發展學校之原因。研究範圍從西元1989年(民國七十八年)華僑成立男子排球隊開始至西元2012年(民國一百零一年)為止，包括其發展過程與背景。本研究預期達到成效為：一、如實呈現華僑高中男子排球隊發展歷程與貢獻；二、提供國內相關積極推廣排球運動的學校做為借鏡與參考；三、提供國內其他相關專家學者於排球研究上的參考依據。本研究最後歸納出新北市華僑高中男子排球隊對台灣排球的貢獻與影響有:(一)健全的訓練，培養出許多國手; (二)重視運動員，讓運動員感到受尊重; (三)華僑重要的支柱，家長後援會組職。此外，對於華僑高中男排，研究者提出幾項建議:(一) 成績下滑，需檢討現在的訓練制度;(二) 近年身材條件不佳，需改變招生方式; (三)讓其他學校也能來仿效，組建後援會; (四) 防護與醫療用具不足，可以加以添購;(五) 成立選手專用的伙食餐廳。

First, showing the development and the contribution of NOCSH men's volleyball team. Second, providing the reference to the school that spread volleyball in Taiwan. Third, providing the reference to scholar that study volleyball. Finally, I generalize the contribution and effect of NOCSH volleyball team for Taiwan. First,sound train, so training many players that represent Taiwan. Second, caring the players, the players feel be respected. Third, the important pillar of NOCSH, the supported group. To addition, I provide some advice for NOCSH volleyball team. First, the achievement become worst, so needing to change training way. Second, the stature is not well, needing to change the way of enrolling new students. Third, the method and the process of building the supported group can be refreneced by other schools. Forth, the protective and medical appliance is not enough, it can buy some. Fifth, building the restaurant for players.
