Abstract

本研究目的主要為探討企業員工在辦公室環境擺飾的個人化行為與認知,包含擺置內容品項、擺置原因以及其所帶來的效果。採用線上問卷調查進行資料收集。研究結果發現,普遍最受國人上班族員工青睞的辦公室擺飾是生活上的實用物品,例如行事曆與杯具,次為植栽、照片等,玩偶公仔以及宗教器物次知;在擺置原因方面,以查看日期/行程、典藏欣賞為主,其次為生活記憶、砥礪自己和風水磁場等。另外,這些擺置所產生的效果則以放鬆紓壓、自我管理為主,沉靜心靈、開運納福和展現自我次之。此外,就擺置物品、擺置原因與效果的關連性來看,為了查看日期/行程最主要的擺置項目是行事曆,所造成的影響效果則以自我管理為主;此外,植栽及玩偶公仔常被用來典藏欣賞,而杯具及照片則常被用來作為生活記憶用途,因典藏欣賞及生活記憶而擺置的物品最能產生放鬆紓壓的效果。
The purpose of this research is to explore the behavior and cognition of personalize for the employees in the office environment, including the contents, causes, even the effects of the items. The data collection using the online questionnaire survey. We discovered that the most popular items for office workers favored are the life practical items, such as the calendars and cups for the first of all, the potted plants and photos are the secondly, and the dolls, religious artifacts are the third priority. In the reason for the show of ornaments, it’s based on “date/trip schedule check” and “collection appreciation”, and the “life memories”; “temper yourself” and “feng-shui” are the following up items. In addition, the effect of these arrangements is to “ease the relief”, “self-management” based; “mind release”, “fortune open” and “self-expression” just for secondly.Beside above, the main items for the relationship of the reasons and effects are calendars because of “date/trip schedule check” and “self-management” for the effect impact. In addition, potted plants and dolls are often used for “classical collection”; the cups and photos are often used as a memory for life purpose, because of the “classical collection” and “life memories” are the most relaxing relief effect for office ornaments.
