大型重型機車參與者之生活型態、深度休閒與滿意度之研究

Abstract

大型重型機車已是國內休閒遊憩活動的一環，且與其他冒險性休閒活動相同正朝向深度休閒發展。本研究之目的在於瞭解國內大型重型機車參與者特性與現況，並分析不同特性之參與者在生活型態、深度休閒與休閒滿意度上的影響與相關情形，採用立意抽樣方式針對台灣北部地區大型重型機車熱門路線活動之參與者為研究對象，以問卷調查法蒐集相關資料，共收集283份有效問卷，研究工具包括生活型態量表、深度休閒量表、休閒滿意度量表與參與者特性等四個部分，並以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、相關與一般標準多元迴歸分析進行資料處理與分析。研究結果顯示國內大型重型機車活動以男性，年齡層介於31~50歲之間、月收入40,001元以上，具有大專學歷且加入車隊的參與者居多；深度休閒中的「持續個人利益」構面和休閒滿意度相關程度最高；此構面亦最能有效預測參與者的休閒滿意度。「獨特的精神特質」可以有效預測「心理」與「放鬆」休閒滿意度；「顯著的個人努力」與生活型態中「尊容虛榮」構面可以有效預測「生理」休閒滿意度。本研究建議車隊組織於活動過程中，加入團體互動與自我省思的時間，正面加強參與活動後的持續利益，提升參與者滿意度，使參與者願意投入更多的時間與努力於大型重型機車活動之中，以促進大型重型機車活動的推展。Huge heavy motorbike riding is being developed to be a kind of serious leisure. The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics and current state of huge heavy motorbike riders and also to analyze the relevant information and the affection from lifestyle, serious leisure, and leisure satisfaction of the riders with different characteristics. By adopting purposive sampling, those used to riding in the popular huge heavy motorbike riding routes in north Taiwan were chosen as research objects. Collecting relevant information with 283 valid questionnaires and using Lifestyle Scale, Serious Leisure Scale, Leisure Satisfaction Scale, and Rider Characteristics as research instruments, Descriptive Statistics, Independent-Sample t-test, Independent Sample One-way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression Analysis were adopted to analyze the data. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. Most of the riders are males joining huge heavy motorbike clubs, at the age from 31 to 50, with college degrees and salary over NT$40,000 each month. 2. The “continued personal benefits” of serious leisure have a high correlation with leisure satisfaction . 3. Mental and relaxing leisure satisfaction can be effectively predicted from “unique mental traits.” 4. Physical leisure satisfaction can be effectively predicted from “vanity of honor” of lifestyle and “noticeable personal efforts.” It is suggested that self-reflection and group interaction should be added into the club activities to reinforce the continued benefits and improve the riders’ satisfaction so that the riders would be willing to make more efforts and spend more time on those activities to advance the development of huge heavy motorbike riding.
