Abstract

人身性命在「天災人禍、水火兵疫」不可控的環境下,宛如「命若懸絲、草木一秋」顯得脆弱無助與短暫!基於危險管理,外部主觀因素無法解決下,如何在災難當下救死扶傷就顯得重要。尤以消防、軍人及救難等特種職業人員,在執行任務過程中致使自身負傷待援,對於施救者與待援者究竟是以何種工具或裝置,對移動傷員最有便利性與立即性,就值得探究了!而此種工具或裝置就是本研究探討的目的。有云:「創意是有跡可循,創新是有經驗可以學習」。本研究旨揭「TRIZ萃思法~發明問題解決理論」,找出問題與矛盾,透過系統化學習應用,創新一種救傷扶羸裝置或方法。以傳統救護工具,應用TRIZ 40項發明原理來思考個人單體的救助裝置方案。模型方案經類比思考推演後,設計一種創新裝置產品,且經專家深度訪談確認裝置的適用性。關鍵字:危機管理、萃思法、發明、救助、特種人員
Under natural disasters and other uncontrollable conditions, human lives are as fragile, weak, and helpless as the weeds by the road! For risk management, if the problems can’t be solved by inspecting external subjective factors, how we can save the dying and the injured is particularly important. Special personnel such as firefighters, soldiers, and rescue teams may be injured and waiting for another rescue in their missions. At this point, the convenience and promptness of instruments and equipment for rescuers and those waiting for rescue are worth discussing! Such instruments and equipment are the focus of this study.As the old saying goes, “Creativity comes from something existing, but innovation comes from experience and learning.” This study aims to introduce “TRIZ – Theory of Inventive Problem Solving” to identify the problems and contradictions. Through systematic learning application, the researcher intends to invent a new instrument or method for rescue. By applying 40 inventions and principles of TRIZ to conventional rescue tools, the researcher came up with a project of personal individual rescue instruments. After using analogical thinking on the model, the researcher designed an innovative product and confirmed its applicability through in-depth interviews with experts.Keywords: Risk Management, TRIZ, Invention, Rescue, Special Personnel
