第三部門與學校在弱勢學生教育方案中互動關係研究

Abstract
第三部門與學校在弱勢學生教育方案上各有其限制,因此跨部門合作以互補
雙方限制,有助於弱勢學生教育方案永續發展。然而第三部門與學校的具有組織結構差異、教育理念歧異、方案共識不足等合作困境。是故,本研究選一個案,以探究第三部門與學校在弱勢學生協助方案中的互動關係、成就、困境與因應方式。研究發現,社會企業模式有助於第三部門主導的合作模式發生,在此合作模式下,有賴學校領導者的支持與教師的配合,第三部門亦需要了解學校氛圍以減少教師反彈。過程中則有賴雙方充分溝通與信賴關係,以達到弱勢學生教育方案的永續性。
There are some restrictions in the third-sector and school when undertaking a disadvantaged student learning project on their own. But sometimes the restrictions could be overcome when they cooperate with each other. It’s good for sustainable development in a disadvantaged student learning project. There are still some difficulties in cooperation, such as organization structural differences, educational beliefs differences in educational differences, and lacks of common consensus. In the research case, we want to figure out the relationships between the third-sector and the school, its achievements, difficult positions and the solutions. In the third-sector-dominant model, it depends on principal’s support and teachers’ coordination. The members in the third-sector should understand that the school culture is different from that of the third-sector, or the conflicts will happened. Successful relationship still depends on communications and trusts.
