減重班計畫對於職場體重過重員工自我效能之探討

dc.description.abstract體重過重與肥胖等健康問題已是世界的流行病,肥胖帶來的不僅是身體健康的負面影響,其衍生出的疾病與死亡問題,對於國家資源、社會經濟造成一大負擔,亦是目前全球面臨的共同挑戰之一。依據行政院衛生署公布之2013年國人十大死因中,就有多項死因屬於肥胖所引發之相關疾病,如惡性腫瘤、心臟疾病、腦血管疾病、糖尿病、高血壓性疾病等。多數人每天有近三分之一的時間花在工作場所。2010年行政院衛生署國民健康局調查發現,有22.7%的全體職場員工過重 (24≦BMI<27) 、11.8%的員工屬於肥胖 (BMI≧27) 的情形;15%的員工至少罹患一項高血壓、糖尿病、高血脂及心臟病等慢性病。因此職場是推動健康促進不可少的場域。 本研究以臺北市內湖科技園區內之某職場員工為研究對象,於2011年7月至10月間執行,採立意取樣方式,以體重過重員工為收案對象,依其課程參與意願分為實驗組與控制組,實驗組是有參與8週之減重班計畫 (包括營養教育課程、身體活動促進課程) 介入措施,並對兩組進行前、後測,以探討減重班計畫對於職場體重過重員工,在身體組成及飲食、運動健康行為之自我效能成效。所得結論如下: 一、減重班計畫對於職場體重過重員工的身體組成 (體重、BMI、體脂肪率) 有改善成效。 二、減重班計畫對於職場體重過重員工在健康相關的飲食行為自我效能有顯著改善,包括減少熱量的作法、健康飲食行為技巧,及減少脂肪與鹽分的堅持三大構面。 三、減重班計畫對於職場體重過重員工在健康相關的運動行為自我效能 (運動習慣的堅持) 有顯著改善。 四、職場減重班計畫是一個可供職場推展健康促進活動參考之活動模式,以協助體重過重員工改善健康及執行健康行為。 藉由本研究提出有效益之減重班計畫,促使雇主支持職場健康促進活動,員工亦能重視自我健康,達到雇主及員工雙贏的局面,並提供政府及相關單位在未來推動職場體重控制計畫之參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractOverweight and obesity and other health problems is already the world's epidemic of obesity not only negatively affect health, which derived from the illness and death issue for national resources, resulting in a major socio-economic burden, but also the world's One common challenges. According to the Department of Health announced the top ten causes of death in the country in 2013, there are a number of death caused by the obese related diseases, such as cancer, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension and other diseases. Most people nearly a third of the time spent in the workplace every day. 2010 Department of Health Bureau of Health survey found that 22.7 percent of all employees in the workplace too heavy (24 ≦ BMI<27) , 11.8% of employees belong to the case of obesity (BMI ≧ 27) ; and 15% of employees suffer from at least one of high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and heart disease and other chronic diseases. So the workplace is essential to promote the health promotion field. In this study, a career employee within the Neihu Technology Park in Taipei for the study, the implementation in July 2011 to October, purposive sampling approach to overweight employees receive text objects, accordingto their willingness to participate into experimental curriculum group and control group, the experimental group is involved in eight weeks of weight control program (including nutrition education programs promote physical activity program) interventions, and two ago, post-test, plan to explore for weight loss classes Workplace overweight employees, self-efficacy results in body composition and diet, exercise, healthy acts. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The weight control program for overweight employees in the workplace has improved body composition (weight, BMI, body fat percentage) . 2.The weight control program for overweight employees in the workplace in health-related self-efficacy of eating behavior has significantly improved, including reduced calorie practice, healthy eating behavioral skills, and adhere to the three facets reduce fat and salt content. 3.The weight control program for overweight employees in the workplace in health-related self-efficacy of sporting behavior (stick exercise habits) has significantly improved. 4.The weight control program in workplace is a useful active mode to help overweight employees to improve health and health behavior execution. With this study, there are benefits of weight loss classes proposed plan, prompting employers to support workplace health promotion activities, employees can also pay attention to their own health, to achieve a win-win situation both employers and employees, and to provide the government and related agencies to promote workplace weight control program in the future The reference.en_US
