流行音樂編曲方法中以和弦重配之探究—-以《新舊交替的瞬間》專輯為例

Abstract
這份研究旨在探索將爵士樂理應用於流行音樂編曲的方法,它包括從和聲角度重新配置音樂元素,例如使用增四度替換和弦、各種屬七變化和弦,以及調式的和聲配置和轉換等技巧,以創造出更具爵士風格的曲風;在配器方面,特別關注了管樂組三聲部的編寫方法,並提供了清晰的舉例。從三聲部的編寫、沒有根音的三部和聲以及利用四度的堆疊等方法,使得旋律音響更為寬廣。此外,還介紹了奇蹟聲部中的大七和弦、小七和弦以及屬七和弦的配置概念,能夠讓不同的和弦家族共用相同的音,進一步突顯出聲部間的特色。在鍵盤樂器方面,研究中特別聚焦於羅茲電鋼琴的音色特性與彈奏方法,以及其他五零、六零年代的鍵盤樂器,如Hammond B3 Organ、Clavinet、Wurlizar和Mini Moog等合成器或電鋼琴,此外,研究中的曲目還探討示範如何利用軟體音源插件的循環節奏及使用複刻傳統樂器的音色,同時利用軟體音源進行管樂器編曲的打樣。最後,研究中選取了三首原創華語流行曲目及三首原創融合曲目共六首曲目作為對照案例,通過和聲重配來簡單編出具有融合爵士風格的流行音樂。然而,這份研究不僅從爵士樂理的角度重新配置和聲,還將焦點擴展到了傳統樂器的複刻和錄音技術音色的應用,以此來創造出具有爵士風格的流行音樂編曲。
This study explores the application of jazz principles to popular music arrangements, which includes the harmonic reconfiguration of musical elements, such as the use of augmented fourth to substitute chord, various dominant seventh chord changes, and the harmonic configuration of modes. and transformation techniques to create a more Jazzy style;in terms of arrangement, especially focus on writing for three horns, and clear examples are provided. From the writing of three horns, the three-part harmony without root notes, and the use of quartal chord, making the melody has a broader sound. In addition, the concept of the configuration of major seven, minor seven chord and dominant seven chord in the miracle voicing is also introduced, which allows different chord families to share the same tone and further highlights the characteristics of the voicing. In terms of keyboard instruments, the research focused particularly on the timbre characteristics and playing methods of the Rhodes electric piano, as well as other keyboard instruments from the 1950s and 1960s, such as Hammond B3 Organ, Clavinet, Wurlizar, Mini Moog etc. In addition, the tracks under study also explore and demonstrate how to use software instrument and plug-ins to loop rhythms and reproduce the timbres of traditional instruments, while using software instrument to mockup wind instrument arrangements. Finally, three original Chinese pop compositions and three original fusion compositions, a total of six tracks, were selected as a study case, to create the method of arranging pop music with a fusion jazz style through reharmonization.However, this research not only reconfigures harmony from the perspective of jazz theory, but also expands the focus to the reproduction of traditional instruments and the application of recording technology timbres to create pop music arrangements with a jazz style approach.
