dc.description.abstract近年台灣建築設計產業走向極端化,新進的小型建築師事務所急速增加,造成案源不足、低價競爭的現象 ; 反之大規模且複雜的案件需求變大,有技術與資源的大型事務所卻來不及消化。為了解決此人力資源失衡的痛點,研究者深入訪談各類型事務所的主持建築師,以了解事務所之間合作的經驗與反饋,並引導其想像參與平台合作可能的誘因和疑慮。經過橫向比對及交叉分析,本研究提出建築師事務所創新平台營運模式之建議,藉由新型態的管理機制,讓個別事務所在平台上產生更高的附加價值,創造一加一大於二的綜效。合作平台的供應鏈生態圈,讓產業內部彼此的關係被改變,同樣的資源能夠創造更高的價值,這也同時影響了客戶端的生態樣貌。未來可定期檢視平台達到的效能與發生的問題,以此研擬調整改進的策略,促使平台逐步確立無競爭市場,邁向永續的發展。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn recent years, Taiwan's architectural design industry has gone to extremes. The rapid increase of new small architect firms has resulted in insufficient project sources and price competition. On the contrary, the demand for large-scale and complex cases has increased, and big firms with technology and resources have no time to absorb them. In order to solve the pain point of this human resource imbalance. The researchers conducted in-depth interviews with the leading architects of various types of firms to understand the experience and feedback of cooperation between firms, and guided them to imagine possible incentives and doubts for participating in platform cooperation. After horizontal comparison and cross-analysis, this study puts forward suggestions for the innovative business model of architect firms' platform operation. Through the new type of management mechanism, individual firms can generate higher added value on the platform, creating a synergy in which one plus one is greater than two. The supply chain ecosystem of the cooperation platform changes the relationship between each other within the industry. The same resources can create higher value, which also affects the appearance of the clients' ecosystem. In the future, we can regularly review the performance achieved by the platformand the problems that occur, so as to formulate strategies for adjustment and improvement. That would promote the platform to gradually establish an uncontested market and move towards sustainable development.en_US
