2022 年亞洲跆拳道品勢錦標賽中華隊混雙組奪金策略之研究

Abstract

研究目的：探討2022年韓國春川亞洲跆拳道錦標賽中，中華隊混合雙人組競賽的策略，以提供我國跆拳道品勢選手參考。研究方法：採用個案研究法，進行教練和選手的半結構式訪談，收集相關文件並記錄研究者的觀察。透過樣板式分析探討中華隊在比賽中取得佳績的關鍵因素。結果：在本次亞洲跆拳道錦標賽中，中華隊採用了排名選拔賽方式。由於集訓時間有限，將訓練重點放在培養團隊默契上。競賽策略採取了SWOT分析策略，有效應對訓練時間不足、技術落差等優勢、劣勢、機會和威脅。制定了有效的戰略和策略，發揮團隊優勢提升整體競技水準。結論：通過針對性訓練增強和技術提升，以及應用競賽策略調整比賽時的戰術，讓中華隊公認品勢混人雙人組在競爭激烈的環境中奪下金牌。建議未來建立長期完整的國家隊訓練制度，確保選手在比賽中發揮最佳表現。選手和教練應靈活運用SWOT分析策略，制定適合的競賽策略，提升比賽表現和競爭力。

Purpose: To explore the strategies of the Chinese Taipei in the mixed pair category at the 2022 Asian Taekwondo Championships in Chuncheon, South Korea, in order to provide reference for Taekwondo Poomsae athletes in our country. Method: A case study approach was employed, conducting semi-structured interviews with coaches and athletes, collecting relevant documents, and recording the researcher's observations. Key factors contributing to the Chinese National Team's success in the competition were examined through a template analysis. Results: In the 2022 Asian Taekwondo Poomsae Championships, the Chinese Taipei utilized a ranking selection method. Due to limited training time, the focus was on building team cohesion. Competition strategies involved SWOT analysis, effectively addressing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats such as insufficient training time and technical gaps. Effective strategieswere developed to leverage team strengths and enhance overall competitive performance. Conclusions: Through targeted training and technical improvements and applied competition strategies. The mixed pair Poomsae team of the Chinese Taipei secured the gold medal. It is recommended to establish a comprehensive national team training system in the future to ensure athletes perform at their best in competitions. Athletes and coaches should flexibly utilize SWOT analysis strategies to devise appropriate competition strategies and enhance performance and competitiveness.
