Abstract
本研究以工作壓力為中介變項,旨在探討人格特質對幸福感的影響。 研究對象為國小特殊教育教師, 採用問卷調查法, 以 網路通訊軟體發放問卷,內容包含工作壓力量表、中國人幸福感量表、極簡五大人格量表中文版,以及教師個人背景資料。回收問卷後,採用 SPSS23進行分析,並整理出以下研究結論:壹、國小特教教師的工作壓力現況為中等程度。貳、背景變項中的「年資」、「擔任職務」對國小特教教師的工作壓力有顯著影響。參、國小特教教師的親和性人格特質最高肆、背景變項中的「年資」對情緒穩定性人格特質有顯著的影響。伍、國小特教教師的幸福感為中等程度。陸、國小特教教師的工作壓力、人格特質、幸福感都有顯著相關性。柒、國小特教教師的工作壓力對「嚴謹性」、「情緒穩定性」、「開放性」人格特質和幸福感具有部分中介效果。捌、國小特教教師的工作壓力對「親和性」人格特質和幸福感具有完全中介效果。玖、國小特教教師的工作壓力對「外向性」人格特質和幸福感不具中介效果。最後根據研究結果,對學校、教師以及未來研究者的研究方向給出具體的建議。
This study uses work stress as a mediating variable to explore the influence of personality traits on well-being. The subjects of the study are special education teachers in elementary schools. The questionnaires are distributed using online communication software. The content includes the work stress scale, the Chinese happiness scale, the Chinese version of the five minimal personality scales, and the teacher's personal background information. . After collecting the questionnaire, use SPSS23 to analyze and sort out the following research conclusions 1. The work pressure of special education teachers in elementary schools is moderate. 2. The "seniority" and "position" in the background variables have a significant impact on the work pressure of elementary school special education teachers. 3. Special education teachers in elementary school have the highest affinity in agreeableness personality. 4. The “seniority” in the background variables has a significant impact on the emotional stability personality.5. The happiness of special education teachers in elementary schools is moderate.6. There is a significant correlation between the work pressure, personality traits, and happiness of special education teachers in elementary schools.7. The work pressure of special education teachers in elementary school has a partial mediating effect on"conscientiousness", "emotional stability", "openness" personality traits and well-being. 8. The work pressure of special education teachers in elementary school has a completely mediating effect on the agreeableness personality and well-being. 9. The work pressure of special education teachers in elementary school has no mediating effect on "extroversion" personality and well-being. Finally, according to the research results, specific suggestions are given to schools, teachers and future researchers.
