Abstract

本研究旨在發展建構一個「易經創造思考訓練模式」,以有效促進學員創造思考能力及問題解決能力之提昇,並提供給教師、顧問做為創造思考與問題解決課程之參考。 首先透過創造思考及易經相關文獻之探討與分析,建構出易經的創造思考模式,並據以設計一預試課程,以瞭解此易經創造思考模式是否適合做創造思考與問題解決相關課程的訓練。 經由預試課程的試教及相關文獻的分析,本研究建構出一套「觀想變通」的易經創造思考訓練模式,並將此訓練模式在三年的期間應用在250場的訓練課程個案上,根據訓練結果反思,本研究有下列幾點發現: 一、訓練模式:創造思考的訓練模式,因人因時因地因目的而有所不同,本研究「觀想變通」訓練模式,每個階段都可各自獨立訓練,亦可整合訓練。 二、訓練策略:本研究之「觀、想、變、通」每個階段都可以是單獨的策略,亦可依訓練目的而混合運用。 三、訓練應用:易經的創造思考訓練模式的應用層面很廣,就研究者250幾場的訓練課程中,大概可區分為創意激發類、創新趨勢類、生涯規劃類、職涯發展類、資訊電腦類、知識管理類、易經思考類、管理實務類等八種。
This study aimed at developing a "Creative Thinking Training Model of I-Ching " in order to effectively promote the creative thinking and problem-solving abilities of student, and made available to teachers, consultants as creative thinking and problem-solving courses for reference. First of all, through creative thinking and the I-Ching Exploration and analysis of related literature to construct a model of Creative Thinking Model of I-Ching, and according to design a pre-test courses to learn more about the model is suitable for creative thinking and problem-solving-related courses training. Through the course pretest trial teaching and analysis of relevant literature, this study constructed a "Creative Thinking Training Model of I-Ching " of "View-Think-Chang-Link", and this training model applied in the three-year period 250 cases of field training course on the basis of training, the results of reflection, this study found that the following points: 1.The Training Model: the training mode of creative thinking, because people were due to land for different purposes, this study "View-Think-Chang-Link" training mode, each stage can be separate training, the training can be integrated. 2.The Training Strategy: In this study the "View, Think, Change, Link," each stage can be a separate strategy, also in accordance with the purpose of mixed use of the training. 3.The Training Applications: The applications of creative thinking training model a wide spectrum, the researchers have several of the 250 training courses can be broadly divided into categories to stimulate creativity, innovation and trends, career planning , career development, information technology and computer, knowledge management, I- Ching thinking, management practices etc
