dc.description.abstract | 一個好的產品誕生,背後總有一個產品經理人領導整個專案團隊,使所有團隊成員各司其職一點一滴完成每項任務目標,進行迎接新產品的到來。 本研究目的將專注於探討產品經理人特質對專案團隊績效的關聯。研究架構將區分兩階段:第一階段為探討產品經理人之「專業能力」、「情緒智商」、「領導能力」對「團隊成員工作滿意度」之關聯性,第二階段為研究「團隊成員工作滿意度」對「個人及團隊績效」之關聯性。 本論文採電腦製造業為研究對象,進行樣本資料實證分析後,共計有效樣本 166 份。研究結果顯示: (一) 產品經理人的專業能力會正向顯著影響團隊成員的工作滿意度。 (二) 產品經理人的情緒智商不會正向顯著影響團隊成員的工作滿意度。 (三) 產品經理人的領導能力會正向顯著影響團隊成員的工作滿意度。 (四) 團隊成員的工作滿意度會正向顯著影響團隊成員的個人績效。 (五) 團隊成員的工作滿意度會正向顯著影響團隊成員的團隊績效。 關鍵詞:專業能力、情緒智商、領導能力、工作滿意度、工作績效 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | There is always a very talented team behind every good product. All members of the team performed their task to the fullest of their abilities. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between a product manager's personal traits and team performance. This research is divided into 2 stages. The first stage is to explore the relationship between product manager's professional skills, emotional intelligence quotient, leadership skills and team members' job satisfaction. The second stage is to understand the relationship between team members' job satisfaction versus individual/team performance. The research subjects for this study are selected from individuals from the computer manufacturing industry. The research results from 166 valid samples are listed as follows: (a) Product manager’s professional skills have a positive and significant influence on team members’ job satisfaction. (b) Product manager’s emotional intelligence quotient does not have a positive influence on team members’ job satisfaction. (c) Product manager’s leadership skills have a positive and significant influence on team members’ job satisfaction. (d) Team members’ job satisfaction affects positively and significantly individual members’ performance. (e) Team members’ job satisfaction affects positively and significantly team members’ performance.
